I had ordered a toy for long distance partner in December 2024 and it is July 2025 and they have not received it yet. The customer service has been poor to say the least, with the typical run around and complete lack of compensation adequate to the problem.

I have several Lovense toys. All of them connect to the app which greatly enhances the experience. The reason I have several is due to the quality of the toys. I’ve bought several other brands over the years and these are by far the best. I recently had to contact product support due to a charging issue. Problem was resolved within 36 hrs. Support is top notch. If you’re in the market for quality personal toys, this is the brand to get.

I love the LOVENSE company and they toys and customer service is usually A1 only down fall I don’t like is the warranty is only a year. And you can’t renew it even if you wanted to its kinda like Apple products when you first buy it BUT I love they toys I have the Nora, Domi 2 (with attachment) and Mini XMachine. All very good will be exploring more of they toys soon!!!

Toys and support are very good, remote control is really nice if you experience it with a real life partner. For use of remote control with foreigners lovesense team up with tophy e.g. which is (especially as a hetero man) mostly a disaster where you get overwhelmed by a flood of scammers or you are used to pay a lot of money for enjoying time with professional cam girls

The summer sale gave amazing discounts, the toy showed up in just a few days. So many apps and options to have a great time

On my first purchase, I would give them five stars because I got what I wanted. It took a little while, but I finally got the toy.(I wish they offered other than USPS shipping because the post office sucks.) on my second purchase of a hush too. I ended up with an inch and a half and not a 2 1/2 that I thought I ordered. It’s been kind of a hassle because for some reason, they are very slow in answering emails, and you have to ask the same question like three times before they actually give you the answer. Now, as far as the toy goes the hush to 2 1/2 inch I love the thing it is now my most favorite toy and I have a lot of different toys. I have yet to run out of battery. I’ve had it in all night and running and just keeps on going Charged it up and then went out. Had it off and on it was comfortable to wear and I can use it in the car because it does make a little bit extra noise, but it has some great vibrations that I really enjoy. At first, I didn’t like the whole app idea as a remote but using it and getting familiar with it it’s kind of fun. I have yet to try the feature that somebody else remotely can start it I have ordered a second one that’s when they sent me the inch and a half when I wanted the 2 1/2 inch but anyway Just because I like it so much beware if you order something from this company make sure that you check over the order very carefully to make sure that you get what you want because USPS is kind of slow so you wanna make the work wait worthwhile.

Having the Lush 3 once upon a time and finally deciding to upgrade to the 4 was definitely well worth the investment. Lush 4 has all the same great features we've come to love about the Lush 3, but what makes 4 superior is the improvement they made to the design of the head when placed against the clitoris. Not only is it incredibly difficult to make it 'move around' freely during use but because the tip is much larger now, it has a greater chance of hitting all those nerve-endings making the likelihood of triggering that specific spot that drives you up the walls. Naturally, I absolutely LOVE being in an entirely different country and still being able to connect intimately with my partner, making the long wide distance between us feel a little less spacious and uncomfortable should anyone else find themselves in similar circumstances. The battery seems to outperform the Lush 3 by leaps and bounds, I was surprised to see just how long it could go before finally having to charge it.

Hopefully, reading this helps the next person decide on whether or not making such a purchase for themselves or partner is right for them.

Very good toy which is very powerful but i feel that the battery life is very poor and runs out quite quickly also Bluetooth connectivity is very bad

I’ve very torn about this. The vibe portion, yes, it vibrates and works good however, the app….i wish it was so much better.

First, my husband and I are sitting next to each other figuring it out. I am the primary user on my phone and I invited him to the app. It kept disconnecting from his app.

The only way for him to control it, is for him to just move the dial. There’s no way for him to make a pattern or alternate the 4 existing patterns. I just don’t like that he has to move the dial/joy stick around for the vibrations instead of pushing a button to change a pattern.

I wish it came with a remote. That was one of the things I was hoping for when looking for a new vibe. I knew it didn’t come with one, that has nothing to do with my review but I do wish it was an option. My last vibe was app based only and now their app is no longer available ‘in my area’ and nothing I can do about it.

The stars came off because of the app. The song part…yes, it vibrates but it has nothing to do with the song, tempo or beat. I think it just vibrates. It’s got a 2-3 second delay in starting and stopping when a song ends. So maybe the vibrations are 2-3 seconds off too?? Not sure, but it’s nothing I could do use on.

Worst customer service ever. Orderd a toy, the package could not be delivred due to legal reasons, I asked for a refund, only got the refund without the shipping costs.

Showed them the information I got from the shipping company where it is clearly stated that could not deliver due to legal reasons of a package that could not be cleared.
