My personalized rug came in with a permanent crease on one side. I’ve tried everything to get it out— rolled it up every which way possible, with no luck. And the rug isn’t heavy enough for the crease to come out on its own. I’m afraid it’ll just end up in a memory box. The concept is adorable but why not just ship the rug ROLLED up to prevent creasing??

We loved the Personalized Pets Doormat that we received. The printed actual pictures looked great.

The product was easy to order on the website and was quickly shipped.

We don't use the mat on the floor so can't offer an opinion on the wearability. We have it hanging from clips at the top of our front storm door.

Very disappointed, I paid a good amount of money for a dachshund doormat expecting a quality product but what I got was a cheap flimsy towel thin piece of junk.
Requested a refund it was refused.
Total scam!

The mat looks great. The quality is a concern, very lightweight. Disappointed with shipping times. Received email that item shipped only to have it remain as pending for over a week. Will not but again.

My son and daughter in law loved - loved - loved the personalized mat with their two dogs pictures and names on it!!! It is a creative gift idea for those who love their fur babies! The pictures were vivid and the mat a nice quality. It was their favorite Christmas gift! Thank you Love On Prints!

I was more than impressed with the welcome mat I ordered. It came in a timely manner and looked better than I had anticipated. The mat was given as a Christmas present and the recipient was floored when they saw it. Thank you so much for everything.

I bought this for a friend. he said "it is Awesome" and does not plan to use it as a door mat. He's going to frame and hang it up.

I like the end product as for the look of the door mat. What you see in the preview is what you get. I was disappointed in how long it took to arrive .. luckily, the day before I needed it for Christmas. I was also let down in the thickness of the mat. It is very thin .. like a place mat for a table. I'm not sure if I missed that in the discreption, but I expected a mate that is a little heavy duty since it is a door mat. Buyer be ware.

It was overpriced for the lightweight quality of the mat. We ended up using it indoors. The color of one of our German Sheppards did not look like the proof and was much lighter. The other image looked good.

He Said He Wasn’t Gonna Let No One Walk On His Little Buddy ♥️♥️♥️ I Would Not Want To Use Them For An Outdoor Mat Anyway, Because They Are Too Adorable, & The Material Is A Little Thin! My Son Placed His On The Inside By The Front Door! I Think They Are Well Worth The Money!!! You Could Even Use As A Kitchen Mat!!! Many Options ♥️♥️♥️

I could not edit pics by moving them up/down or sideways which was frustrating and took a lot of time to find appropriate pictures that fit the openings. I was not able to activate the coupon code so I paid the regular price of $45.00. This is to much pay for a very thin rug. I was surprised and disappointed how thin the rug is. The one good thing is that the graphics look good.

Gave this as a gift to my daughter and her husband, who have 3 dogs and 2 cats. The decorative mat came out awesome! Wasn't sure how the pictures we submitted would end up looking, but it was fantastic!!

Mat was very thin and low quality. Using it under the dog bowls, not thick enough to be in front of a door.

This is a scam. NOT a front door mat. Flimsy, poorly made, and came in with the wrong design. You’re not getting what shows in the images and the ads (it’s actually a thin, fabric mat, not a bristled door mat). Company rep continued to claim this was the design I ordered (despite having an exact photo in the confirmation email). They also claimed to have never mentioned it’s for outdoor use, yet all their images feature the mat outdoors, bristle-looking and heavy duty (and the caption says “no need to knock”…).

Disappointed with the quality of the mat. It's not "front door" worthy. I gave it to my wife for Christmas because we got a new dog this year and she nicely said we should put it at the back door in the garage. The picture of the dog turned out good but the quality of the mat itself is lacking.

Disappointed with the quality of the doormat. It looked thicker and something you could actually use outside. When I got it, the quality was cheap and not something we could use outside.

Haven't received item yet. It was shipped 12 days ago but tracking seem to have stalled. I have emailed the company but they say it should be here soon. Not sure what way it was shipped to be soooooooo slow. Fortunately it is not a Christmas gift. Probably would not order from them again. Will update when/if I received item.

My deliveries came several days apart, even though I ordered two it seemed like one had been forgotten. It finally arrived.

This item is an outside doormat! It is a flimsy thin item not rugged enough for outside! Simply my picture printed on a light material.
I was totally shocked when it arrived in a small box.
