Really a scam. Sent money and received 3 empty envelopes

Despite claiming on their privacy policy to supply their ,products completely concealed showing an image of a cardboard box printed discrete and professional, the product I bought was delivered in a plain thinly padded envelope through which the product could be easily identified by touch.

I order from this site thee end of may and my order has been in shipping since June 6, with no response from the company about this every time I reach out. Should have known better cheap is not always good

I would put zero stars! This company is horrible and customer service sucks! Thank god I used amazon pay and they got me my money back! They stopped responding to my email and left me on read on Facebook. Low quality. After seeing how I was ignored on social media about the issue I’m about to post about it EVERYWHERE make it my business to let all my kink friends know stay away from them

Worst plug ever. Used once and the tail broke in 4 places. Customer service doesn’t respond. Don’t trust. Stay away. Scam company

This is not a legit company. It is operated out of an apartment in North Carolina near a college and their products are shipped out of China. Once you place your order you have lost your money, don't bother asking for it back because that will never happen. Don't waste your time emailing them more than once either because they will not respond more than once. All you can really do is hope you will receive your item(s) sometime in your lifetime and that they are not broken.

Don't expect to get it in the two day express shipping that you paid for. At best it's being sent USPS ground advantage. They're misleading in their advertising and their shipping times. I paid for two day express shipping, that was the only shipping option. I would be less upset had there been another shipping option that were cheaper. It honestly just seems like they're a drop shipping company. They buy cheap crap from China and resell it as their own and make lots of money off the product AND the shipping. NEVER buying from this company again. Wish I'd seen the reviews before I bought from them

Deceiving about products and where they actually come from (China). One product never arrived, they then sent a replacement which broke in half trying to take out the packaging. Half the product is still in packaging but won't give me a refund!
Other product ordered arrived after months but also shoddy. Removable part of item now won't stay in place as cheaply made. Waste of £50. Wish I had seen these reviews first.

They refuse to cancel an order. They lied about dispatching it and said sorry it's already been sent. When it clear hadn't. Then sent me another email saying I will have to pay to send it not back to the factory in Australia but to an overseas address. Scam scam. Not an ethical business at all. Never buy from this business.

Please stay away from this site. They claim to be a local website, obviously not. The item was shipped from China. The wrong item was shipped. Customer support are hard to deal with. All I want is my money back. Return address is on the other side of the world and shipping will cost more than the item.
Packaging was not discreet at all. The woman at the post office handed me what felt like a buttplug.

No customer support and strict return policy for cheaply made items. First, make sure you size the plug itself, as there are no refunds for "used" items. Second, make sure you carefully read the sizes. I purchased a set of anal beads that can fit entirely in my palm... I have also purchased two tails from them. The tails were constructed differently, one with a detachable screw on plug and one with the tail fibers GLUED into the plug. You guessed right, the GLUED plug fell off almost immediately, rendering the tail useless. With the holidays, I was unable to complete my returns within the 30 day window. Note - you do have to pay to ship the items back.

Be careful with this site. Shoddy construction, strict returns and no customer support.

The fox tail arrived with the tip broken off. I was a bit disappointed but I used it with my gf anyway and it was still pretty awesome. First time using one of those and we both loved it. Anyway, the next day I emailed support and they said they would send me a new one. I was impressed by the response and that's what prompted me to write this review. Thanks butt plug people!

Terrible returns process. Having to post items at your own expense to USA for a refund is a laugh, and probably illegal.

Seems that everything is okay with the item but the packaging is not discreet at all, I was super embarrassed for the mail man to pass it to me.

I ordered a plug ... and what came was not quite as advertised. I received a less cool, much larger, cheaper looking version. I recognize they’re handmade, but this could qualify as a knockoff.

I reached out to them to see if maybe I could send it right back and pay the difference for a Pyrex 3-piece set. A few days go buy, I reach out again and preemptively order the Pyrex set thinking: they’ll reach back out to me shortly—and hey, if I can’t get a refund on the first plug, whatever!

If you don’t know: you pay for mandatory express 2-day shipping—ironic because the second package took almost two weeks to arrive. For almost two weeks, it was as if I had paid sixty bucks for a knockoff plug and a no-show set. I sent multiple emails, tried calling them again and again, even reaching out on Instagram. My emails were completely, utterly ignored.

Much too late, I received the Pyrex set and it checked out. But man, had there been any other problems they clearly have no consideration of responsibility. If you order from them, you better hope you don’t get the “wish.com” version of what you see there—and cross your fingers that nothing goes wrong because they apparently don’t respond to anything. If you’re reading this—go ahead, try to call them. It goes straight to a Google voicemail. They’ll never get back. Use their email form—they’ll never get back. I realize now it’s sketch—and someone else said it’s all Alibaba markup stuff. Sketch.

My story ended up kind of ok (guess I’ll just sell this knockoff plug) but I’m not shopping with them again. Two stars just because I at least got the second item as expected ... eventually.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! my product arrived, well after its promised delivery date and not only was it not the colour I expected but it was just flat out broken. It looked like it had been ripped at by an animal. The fox tail broke in half before it was ever used. I wrote an email, after not receiving a reply I sent another and was informed nothing could be done because it had been too long. when they hadn't replied to my first complaint!!

So three weeks ago I put my order in. It never arrived. I reached out twice to them via email and got no reply. The phone number on their website doesn't exist. Stay well clear and simply use another website is my recommendation.

I am pumped! I want to try all of these different butt plug styles after seeing them. Fortunately, I now have my first jeweled plug.

I've always wanted to try vibrating plugs because I'm often too lazy to move. The experience is 10 out of 10 for me. The best!
