Ordered a card Dec 20 with priority shipping. Card was expected to arrive Dec 23; however, UPS shows they never received the package. It's Dec 29th and its still showing that UPS never received the package, even though LovePop shows they shipped the the order Dec 21.
Getting in contact with customer support is also a pain. Email and Phone support is all AI. Through the email, they offered refund, but its been over 72 hours with no confirmation yet on my refund. Calling them leads to no available human support.
I feel like I've been scammed out of this company, which is a damn shame because they seemed very promising through their Shark Tank episode.

I recently placed an order for some Christmas cards that totaled a little over $50. One of the cards, the Nutcracker with lights and music card, didn't open properly so I decided not to send it to anyone. Later I got an email about reviewing the purchases so I thought why not let them know there was a problem but since I hadn't had any previous problems with cards I didn't ask for a refund. A little while later, I got a response, which I wasn't expecting, and in the response was 3 options to "MAKE IT RIGHT" for the damaged card so I thought okay I'll choose a store credit to get something in the future. I later got another email asking for a picture of the damage but I thought I'm not going through all this because I couldn't take pictures of the damage. It was a mechanical issue. So I wrote them back and told them this but got crickets. I have never once complained or given a bad review because I do understand that a lot of work goes into these amazing cards but they could have responded when I told them I couldn't take a picture of the specific damage. I'm a little disappointed.

I never had people call me and thank me for a card before. My sister will use it next year as decoration ... if the cats don't eat it first. :)

Single cards are great. Stay away from boxed sets. Bought a boxed set expecting many different styles and there was only 3 styles. Quality was poor, cards looked like they were made by children, lacking in detail and imagination. So if you buy, buy single items. Do not expect the same quality in a boxed set.

I have never been disappointed with a love pop card. Their designs are unique, they are always special, colorful, and more than you expected. Of course they are quite expensive, but for that special someone it’s worth it.

I was disappointed that I could not get my cards right away. I don't think they offer overnight express. I would have paid that fee to get my cards. It is mainly my fault. I have to remember to order early.

Terrible customer service along with price gouging! This is the ONLY company I have ever ordered from that charges customers for tracking! I chose to not pay for it as I had purchased the card, paid for a personal message, & shipping! I thought I would receive at least an email letting me know the card had been delivered to the address provided, but I was wrong. Customer Service was the typical AI responses. Yes, they "understand" but no help or options are offered. I will NEVER order from LovePop again. Their greed in wanting to charge for every simple thing is greedy & annoying. No Customer Service means I will never be back!

i ordered a birthday card november 30th. paid an extra $29 dollars for overnight shipping. eta was december 2nd, contacted customer support after no updates on the tracking on december 3rd. absolutely no response, no card, and no new tracking update as of december 10th. scammed out of over $40.
edit: also another very shady thing. tried leaving a review directly on their website. it was pending on their site, then disappeared. they would not let me post the 1 star review on the product i ordered. instead, i received an email asking if i submitted a review, which then directs me some obscure third party site to which they wanted me to submit the review (the site was called judge.me). the product page has no reviews under 4 stars. apparently judge.me “verifies” reviews. pretty sure they just filter out any review under 4 stars. this is so unbelievably dishonest.

Every year they have never failed me to get cards on time and to.the right places, etc. Quality cards!!!! I never buy cards at the store anymore. Do t need to!
