Terrible- never received one order. The other faulty.
Terrible! Don’t buy! I ordered two sweatshirts a few days apart. One was never sent although the company claimed it was, the other was faulty.
After 13 days from the first order, one sweatshirt arrived on Christmas Eve with faulty stitching. ( The d looks like an a) I was sad not to get the other sweatshirt, especially as it was a christmas gift for my other daughter, but thought that it must be arriving later as I had ordered it two days after the first. There was no receipt or paperwork in the package. After christmas, when I contacted the company to ask about the second sweatshirt, they said that they had sent both sweatshirts in the one parcel. There is no way that I missed it when I opened the package. I opened it in my home and the second sweatshirt was a completely different colour. I double checked the parcel several times.
The company now have my money and I don’t even have the second sweatshirt.
I presume another customer may have it.
Regarding the faulty sweatshirt delivered, the company refused to correct the stitching on the sweatshirt I did get because I didn’t report it within three days. As you know, christmas is a busy time and this was a gift so it wasn’t until the receiver, my daughter, noticed after I had given it that I was able to report this fault to the company. The confirmation email says nothing about this three day rule. Moreover I don’t think their policy is in line with trading standards.
All in all I would say DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.
Shame as I like to support small businesses and the sweatshirt designs are great.
