I'm extremely disappointed in my recent experience with LoveRewards who up to now I have always loved!
I exchanged my earned points for a Love2Shop gift card to be sent out to me but never received it and despite countless emails to them via their online message box and a response saying my complaint had been upgraded, I have STILL not received the gift card.

The updated site is Nowhere near as good…
The sites changed a few times since my last review thats why I'm leaving another.. I dont think this site is anywhere near as good as it was.. Minimum cash out is now £15 and it took nearly 3wks to approve (used to be £10 n take 7days or less) .. Theyv taken away the
chance to win cash every hour, daily spin. Thankfully they have beought bk premium offers but u can no longer click the heart on them to earn a money. Its become quite difficult to earn cash now. I recommend loverewards to everyone but now I wont unless they change it back or at least add some of the old features..

The owner of the site pays people to write good review and also creates good reviews in fake names… don’t be mislead by this man! He is a scam artist, he stole 10,000 people’s account credit, and then when he knew he messed up because all the relevant authorities got emails and photos of how he scams people, he changed it and re instated the site and acted like he didn’t do anything!!! BE CAREFUL

Please ignore the couple of negative reviews below, the site recently paused while the owner restructured the site to run better and more efficiently. People mis understood and got all stressy.
No money was with held and I was paid my vouchers due. This is a great site for earning extra money and I can't recommend enough.

Thanks so much for writing the truth. We have been under alot of pressure when the site when down at our host for a few hours and everyone confused that downtime with the site closing. We had future plans to close the site and if we did it would have been done in accordance with how sites like this close . There was never any bad intentions however a large group of uninformed members got the wrong end of the stick and made up their own minds throwing wild accusations that they would not see their funds but nothing is further from the truth and on that basis we made sure we communicated with everyone that we had indeed changed the plans to close the site and to rather restructure it in a way that benefited all parties.

DO NOT REGISTER WITH LOVEREWARDS
Please do not use this site, the owner is a liar and scam artist.
He relayed a message to say the site was closing, obviously he was going to run off with everyone's money. Then within a few hours after backlash, he decided not to close it.
Then he stated that he was going to change it so members could cash out £5 a time, now members are trying to cash out, which is normally £10, now they cannot as he has altered it to £20, without informing anyone.
He has changed his Facebook page, so no one can contact him on there, closed loverewards facebook group also.
There is no way now, that members can earn on there, he hardly pays anything out. So many members have closed there accounts, as they are sick and tired of all the changes and lies, that the owner tells us all.
THERE ARE A LOT OF BETTER SITES TO USE, BUT PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER WITH LOVEREWARDS.CO.UK,

I feel you have been under a misconception which is why we closed the Facebook group it was a toxic environment with toxic people making up stories to suit to their own agenda and frankly it was not constructive anymore so we have the help desk as the main port of call for help
We've always paid members and everyone has been paid and no one hasn't been paid since the site was reduced to networks offers
I think you were mislead by the toxic Facebook group and for that im sorry you have the wrong end of the stick when it comes to what is true and what isn't
