Emailed 19/12/23 well it's just been shipped to evri worst delivery company 😱.

Why inform loverpup as they are not interested

Ordered and was advised it would arrive in 10-days. Nothing had arrived to emailed. Told they were delayed but couldn't advise when the item would be shipped. Asked for refund which they said was not possible despite their site saying it was.
Now not replying to emails.
Company is a scam. Their address is a Canadian residential address and their contact details is a random mobile phone that goes to voicemail.

SCAM, do not buy.

Well I should have checked here first before placing an order.... Item ordered on 10 Dec, Priority skip the line paid, not heard from the company since. looking at previous reviews, it appears I am unlikely to see the item. I have requested a refund, I will update if I hear back from the company.

I ordered a loverpup on 29nov it is now 19th dec.still not recieved. I emailed about 6 times asking where my parcel is they said with evri i contacted evri but it still with the sender. The number they gave me isnt the right account no. Not had a reply as yet. I feel i been scammed. I want my money back. Not getting anywhere. Stay away from this site

Ordered 7th December for pre Xmas delivery, company now advises they will not deliver and will cancel the order and issue no refund. This is a scam site and should be avoided

Ordered an item on a "Christmas Sale" on Dec1, told 6 days to ship. It is now 16 days later, support says it still has not shipped, and there is no doubt in my mind that it will not arrive by Christmas. How can you advertise Christmas sales that you know you're not capable of delivering by Christmas. I was told I cannot get a refund for a "customized" item, even though the item has not shipped because it has not been made yet, seems like both can't be true...

Ordering from LoverPup is a good way to ruin Christmas for someone you love.

Appears to be a scam or at best a terribly ran business. Ordered something and it didn’t come in the time estimated. Reached out and got some excuse that didn’t sit well. Asked to a refund and they sent me 7$ of my over 50$ order.
Scam or terrible business…either or go somewhere else

how they can trade on facebook,told 7 to 10 days for delivery still not recieved item and they dont get back to you scam scam scam do not use.....

A thieving bunch of scammers. They take your money and don't send the item.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Ordered 2 mats on same day. One has been delivered had 2 emails saying mat had been delivered.
Only ever had 1. Emailed several times and no reply.
Don`t bother with them.
They take your money then you don`t hear from them

Ordered a doormat for my parents for Christmas and no year received. Order says delivery within 7-10 working days via Royal Mail but it’s now been over a month with no product and no reply 😔

Ordered on 8th November a personalised door mat and Xmas paw decoration with pets name on quick to take the money but nearly 1 month later no sign of either of the products I ordered I have e mailed I did get a response to say a machine had broken down that was the delay I've since e mailed again to see if it’s on its way but as not had an e mail to say so I’m taking it not I would not recommend I don’t see me getting this order before Christmas

Ordered a wooden bear as a gift for Christmas, nothing has ever arrived. I have tried to contact the company by email and received no replies.

2/12 Today I have received the bear, it did have a green mark across the large bears face I am hoping this will be polished out.
It would be better if the company gave you estimated timings.

Been trying to order family bear wooden plague get to press pay goes back to put email address in try up to 12 times now give up don't feel like putting in all my credit card details every time all other information only to ask email address again feel like it's a scam

Over priced for a piece of flimsy carpet, designed as a doormat yet so flimsy it wouldn’t serve that purpose. The design is the selling point which is good, but when you take into account the price and quality, very poor.
