Dislikes: number of people per boat can be reduced for better seating.
The captain of the boat was amazing but we couldn't hear most of the things she said at the open end of the boat as there were no speakers.

Dinner canal cruise is a must - even if you did a daytime canal tour!
This was a great canal cruise! I enjoyed seeing the scenery at night. The captain's commentary was great. I loved how he talked to us, but didn't talk the entire time. Very nice! I loved that it was 2 hours - as we got to see so much. The food was also very good, as was the wine and wait staff. I highly recommend this - especially to those who have done a daytime canal cruise. We have done 2 of those previously - a shared tour and a private canal tour. Evening brought something totally different.

The boat was 45min late!
I was 45min waiting for the boat, even when I had time slot ticket. In a que, in the cold wind... The trip lasted 45min, but the offer I payed was for 60min.
