It was a very easy process and prompt delivery of my bracelet. When ordering I made an error and was actually paying for two items which after sending a message my over payment was refunded to my bank. Contact with the company was quick and professional.

Fantastic service from this company. Gorgeous necklace with my grandchildren’s names on, so delicate and good quality. Had an absolute nightmare with Royal Mail delivering to the wrong address and LoveSilvers customer service was second to none. Another necklace sent out immediately and communication was brilliant every step of the way. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and would undoubtedly buy from them again myself. From start to finish ordering a beautiful locket for my sisters 40th birthday was so simple.
I contacted customer service regarding the engraving and they got back to me so quickly even providing me with a mock up of the lay out to ease my concerns. Not only that despite choosing free delivery knowing it would take some time to arrive, I ordered on the 21st … Kate at night and it arrived on the 24th midday! Beautifully packaged and just what was expected! I will definitely use this company again and will be recommending!

I ordered an engraved necklace for my son for his 18th birthday. I needed to contact customer service about my order and found them to be super speedy and very friendly and helpful. The necklace arrived in 3 days and is gorgeous - I am so excited to give it to him on his birthday!

Watch out!! They are selling "solid gold products " but sending hollow gold which subsequently broke quickly due to poor quality. Paid over £900 Upon taking it for repair the jeweller informed me that the product was not solid gold and was in fact hollow which mislead me into paying a higher price.

Customer service was appalling when notified and refused to acknowledge any fault. Would recommend everyone checks their product on arrival!! Will be taking this to trading standards

Have subsequently tried to sneak in a reply with inaccurate information.

Due to a mistake on my part when ordering I wasn’t going to get my order on time. I emailed in a bit of a panic and they sorted out my order to be done straight away and sent to
me as a priority and it arrived in time. I was so grateful and it wasn’t too much trouble at all. The necklace is beautiful and a gift for my goddaughter and exactly what I wanted.
