Great company great customer service
Was initially skeptical when I placed my order but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.
My sofa was delivered very quickly.
Communication was brilliant throughout the whole transaction.
I did raise an issue because I assumed that I didn't quite receive what I thought I should of, but a quick chat with a lovely person from customer service cleared up the confusion. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend

Your £60 return charge is outrageous especially as it was delivered to you free of charge - AT NO COST TO YOURSELVES.
I need to order another 4 sofas for my business - needless to say I won't place the order with you!

It is not a free service to the business, and return charges reflect the costs incurred when arranging collection, as set out in our Terms & Conditions agreed at the point of purchase.

We waited ages for the sofa we wanted to be in stock at a convenient time for us so i thought i may have been dissapointed after hyping it up in my head hahaha - we now have it and it is BEAUTIFUL !!! Gaz & Ian from Watford delivered it and put it together for me - THEY WERE FABULOUS - I don't like people in my home and am nervous usually but honestly these guys were awesome - very professional, friendly and efficient - I would hands down recommend them and this company - THANKS GUYS

Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience! Fine at ordering stage with timely delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery team had dreadfully limited English and did not understand that I wanted them to take them back - uncomfortable/colour. After numerous unsatisfactory calls with CS, I eventually discovered that they should NOT have taken the packaging away. Had to buy bubble wrap + pay someone to help me repack - out of pocket! Assembly was woeful - 2/3 screws, instead of 5 per leg, feet bent/out of line + broken zip. 1st collection van didn’t have room to take them 2nd was fine. Full refund given. Stay away from this company

Can’t rate this company highly enough… I love my sofa
Can’t rate this company highly enough from buying online to delivery and assembly, excellent and exceptional are words come to mind, updates all the way through delivery on 5th day and on time the delivery guys were lovely put sofa together and took away the rubbish too, I’ve never bought a piece of furniture online before was sceptical I’m glad I took the leap, I have awful arthritis especially in my knees couldn’t sit on old sofa as couldn’t get out of it,
