I purchased a book that was to arrive before Dec 25, due to printing issues, it arrived a month later. I did correspond with the company and they did refund a portion of my cost. The product, once received, did exceed my expectations.

I purchased two books separately and received both past the time expected, roughly 6 weeks to receive . The product itself is lovely though. Just make sure you budget your time.

The process of making the online book was very automated, but when I tried to get a printed version to Austria (normally not a country they ship to) in limited time they provided outstanding customer service and made it happen, even after a little hiccup with the printing partners.

Bait and switch. They show one promising preview and claim they’ll deliver “high-quality” AI results, but the final images are terrible. The system miscounts previews yet still deducts credits, and my session got stuck on “creating” for over 20 minutes with no output. Avoid this service.

The steps to making the book are very easy and fun. The book looks amazing. Worth every penny. If you're thinking of getting a very personal gift for someone do this.

The first shipment got lost in customs but I reached out and they were super helpful replied very fast and send a new book which arrived a couple days later.
