Love It! 100% recommended

Love it! What an incredible experience from the very beginning. Ben is amazing and guided me through the whole process to get all my gear and product ready for the Ironman – including a badass design and outstanding features!! It’s been a while since a came across a company with such strong ethics that delivers quality product and services at this level! Totally recommended and 100% my go to moving forward!

I never received over $1000 worth of…

I never received over $1000 worth of purchases despite repeated assurances that the items were being shipped. This is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with. The fact that they continue to do business is astonishing. They are criminals.

This customer is writing with some kind of agenda. This customer received and wore over 15 kits from our company. We have numerous emails and reviews from them stating how our items are by far the best items around. This customer was hand delivered items at different races. This customer has no purchases not provided. This customer was given a 1500.00 gift card from the owners for being a great customer. The gift card was canceled due to an investigation of litigious behavior by the customer. This customer is under investigation for liable claims including slander which we have evidence of on multiple platforms. We can provide pics and reviews from this customer in all their items.

You are still didn’t deliver my order

You are still didn’t deliver my order, you never replied on my letters concerning my order. I will never place an order again. Order were placed on 15.05.2021. your email were telling that order should be expected in 4-6 weeks, but the shipment were sent in September… it is much more than 6 weeks….

An absolutely terrible company. Avoid at all costs.

One of the most appalling businesses we have ever had to deal with. My wife ordered bib shorts from this company and was told 4-6 weeks. She eventually waited for five months. The customer service ranged from non existent to aggressive. We have a voice recording where somebody from the company was actually shouting at my wife and accusing her of "playing games." This company categorically lied on two occasions saying that the order had already shipped when it hadn't.

Despite all of this, my Wife was still excited to receive her bib shorts that she had waited so long for. Then the product arrived, and it is ABSOLUTELY not worth the money she paid for them. In terms of build quality they are on par with some of the most basic garments available on the market. Laziness has played a large part in much of the construction, and while the exact specifics of where flatlock, overlock and zig zag stitching should be used, one can't escape this fact. There was also no care label included on the garment which we are fairly sure is an offence under US Federal Trade Commission law (happy to hear differently)

If she hadn't had such an awful time getting them I'm sure she would be more willing to forgive some of these faults, but as things stand, we are nothing but disappointed.

They look cool, but that is absolutely it.

(I look forward to being discredited as a consumer by the company, as they have with many other reviews on this site)

EDIT AFTER COMPANY REPLY: I am a real customer who had a real experience. And yes, I do have an agenda: my agenda is to make sure other innocent cyclists aren’t scammed by your dreadful company. Look how many customers are complaining on Trust Pilot and you’re simply calling them all fake. It’s pathetic, and soon you will reap what you sew.

This person was not sent their order because they did a credit card chargeback to try and get their order for free and defraud the cc company. This fake review is an attempt to justify their actions. We will post their CC chargeback together with all the work orders for their product and multiple emails to the customer unanswered.

Ordered this item in March and they…

Ordered this item in March and they told me it would take about 4-6 weeks to have it sent out. It is now Sept and I’m just now receiving it in the mail today. I will never order from them again until they start following up on their word or having their items sent out in a timely manner.

Sorry you feel this way. You should be fully aware of the supply delays in the world. If you are not refer to our website and terms you had to acknowledge prior to purchase. The entire world is affected by supply issues, from raw materials to finish products. I placed my order on July 2 and now…

I placed my order on July 2 and now it’s Sept 5 and it has still not arrived. Very poor communication and updates. No phone number listed to call customer service. I love the designs but I don’t know about 2 months for delivery.

We hope you will look to change this review. This review has no bearing on our USA small business. We make to order by hand in Los Angeles with standard lead time of 4-6 weeks. You had to acknowledge this prior to being able to order. In addition we have multiple disclaimers that there are additional delays due to supply chain disruptions around the globe. This is something every individual in every industry is aware of. Your product was made and delivered. We feel this is a very unfair review based on absolutely nothing.

Quality products

The quality of the products exceeded my expectations. Fit is impeccable, extra grip around the wait keeps the jerseys in place no matter the position, the zipper is sturdy. Designs are also unique which set you apart from the crowd.

It is possible that over the last 18 months during the pandemic, depending on where you are located, items are lost or stuck somewhere. Contact us and we will be happy to help. This is obviously a fake review because if you didn't get the product what are you reviewing? Contact us so we can get you your order and then you can review our products.

I got my order after 3 months

I got my order after 3 months. It came with what I ordered but missing labels, missing Lovethepain logo in the running tshirt, no label for the size nor washing recommendations, Complete disaster. I sent multiple emails during these 3 months and contacted them using their bot. Never answered me. Never again.

This review is completely fake and anyone who reads this should disregard it as so. This customer (we will post) received their merchandise well under the 4-6 weeks posted. The shirt they bought doesn't have a logo it is a stripe design. Care instructions are on their order confirmation and on our website. This item has no structured collar so there is not a place to sew a label.

Never again

Ordered tights in March. Paid for expedited shipping and received 5 months later. Sent multiple emails with no response.

This is my 2nd and final order from this company. Prior to Covid I ordered from them and received a year after order.

A brand and company I trust!

I trust this brand and company as I have worked directly with the design to get customer kits order. I love the high-quality, fabric that is used. It's soft and withstands long distance races like Ironmans. I have purchased a variety of products from this company and have always received them in the time-frame discussed. I have never not received a product form the company and trust the team to deliver what they promise.

There seems to be false information about this company, and I hope this review helps others feel confident with purchasing from Love the Pain!

Worst retail experience I’ve ever had

LTP - calling a customer a liar without checking your facts first is so unprofessional it’s not even worth the time. Still: Worst retail experience I’ve ever had. still haven’t received my full order (Kask helmet not delivered - refund not given). Order placed and paid in Dec 2019.

Terrible experience

Three orders placed, spending $1200 on various items, in Sept and Oct 2020 - as of today, nothing has arrived,
I understand the issues with Covid but these claims of no materials or supplies or staff are contrary to their continued sales and promotions and offers of goods that have 'just been made' and 'available to ship'..
Zips and materials previoulsy unavailable are magically fitted to kit that's suddenley available to purchase but when contacting the company to take those items in place of the ones I originally bought, its met with silence and ignored messages/emails.
Judging from the other reports on here, they simply label this as fake. But I assure you I have every receipt, every email and every message that's been shared with this company.
I have now filed a claim with the Federal Trade Commission, as well as with the California State Attorney General, in the hope of getting my money back..
I only hope that others do not suffer the same fate as I have.

This customer is not in the USA and nothing they are saying is true. They have one box of items missing in the mail going to the Middle East. This is under investigation and claims are filed with the carrier.
