I'll be truthful and honest
I placed my first order on 02/04/26, but it was cancelled due to items being unavailable. I then reordered the same items on 09/04/26 and paid for next-day delivery, expecting them on 10/04/26.
On the evening of 10/04/26, I received a message saying the colour I originally chose was unavailable, but an alternative was offered. I accepted the change and finally received two medium grey Berghaus hoodies on 13/04/26.
I was disappointed that I didn’t receive a refund for the next-day delivery charge, especially given the delays and stock issues.
That said, the hoodies themselves are excellent quality—I’m really happy with them. I would consider buying from here again because of the product quality, but I won’t be paying for next-day delivery in future as it felt like a waste of money.
It’s also frustrating that items were marked as in stock on two separate occasions when they clearly weren’t.
since leaving this review, love the sales have been very helpful. They've refunded the delivery charge and hopefully have spoken with the relevant stockists in order to reflect real time stock availability.
I have changed my review for 3 to 4 stars. This was due to the thoroughness of love the sales decisive action, once they became aware of thr situation.

Too much hassle
Ordering was simple but the trainers received were too small. Christian was very helpful when I requested an exchange but unfortunately the supplier repeatedly failed to reply to his emails. Eventually I gave up waiting & asked for a refund. Again the supplier took ages to respond. Eventually I returned the trainers to the supplier's shop. Would think twice about using this company again.
