Very disappointing customer service
I purchased some T-shirts that unfortunately didn’t fit. The website states that you should contact customer service to arrange an exchange for a different size and that you’ll receive a response within one working day.
It’s now been over a week. I’ve sent three separate emails and haven’t received a single reply or even an acknowledgement. With zero communication, it’s impossible to arrange an exchange despite following the process set out on their website.
Will now have to return and buy elsewhere. A complete waste of if time.
The complete lack of customer service means I can’t recommend buying from them.
