Listed our property with Lovetoescape - We have had no enquiries through them at all, yet they supplied a 'progress report' stating several site views and even some enquiries ??? I am registered with other sites and have lots of enquiries and bookings, so it is not that the property is not being found or getting interest - just NOTHING via them? They are more expensive to list with than some other sites and it has been a complete waste of money. Their customer service is appalling, they don't respond to emails or calls until you say you want to cancel and get a refund for the remaining months in the agreement. Then they are quick to respond and tell you that you are not entitled to any money back. I question how genuine this business actually is and if there was a body to report them to I would -I have actually tried but was advised there is no-one to officially complain to.I will not be renewing my agreement with them when it expires. I would not recommend listing your holiday business with this company.

We were desperately disappointed when after receiving confirmation of our booking, two days later we received an email from Worldpay saying our deposit had been refunded. We were given no explanation or apology. It took 4 emails and 4 calls to Lovetoescape to get any response and even then no explanation given. Very poor service

Advertised our holiday let on their website and we are not getting the emails to notify us when someone is interested in booking. They do not answer their phone and do not reply to voicemail messages left.
Very unprofessional
