I had no heating in my house apart from a gas fire in my front room and was informed by a polite fellow that knocked my door i may be entitled to a new boiler and first time cental heating was i later found out i was. The work was completed in about 2 days and i am so happy. A job well done lads.

I received a flyer through my door advising that I may qualify for a new, free boiler but wasn’t sure how old my existing one was (I moved into the house February 2020). A couple of weeks later, David knocked my door; he checked the boiler and confirmed I was eligible. A lovely surprise!
I have been extremely pleased with the service, I even had a loft hatch fitted in one bedroom as there wasn’t access to insulate that part of the roof. The gas fitters were professional, friendly and worked efficiently and tidily. The guys who insulated were friendly too and as far as I was concerned, did a good job. However, it transpired that a small amount of rubbish I’d had in my loft was thrown over a low wall into my neighbours loft - they weren’t very happy… Also, the same neighbour has CCTV and saw they had thrown rubbish out of their van onto a grass verge opposite and right by school gates. I reported it to my contact, Tasmin, who was superb. She contacted my neighbour straight away to apologise and make arrangements to take the rubbish out of his loft. She also arranged a voucher for him as a good will gesture.
Tasmin was lovely; professional, reliable, always returned calls and kept me informed at all times. Thank you for your help and support Tazmin, you are an asset to your company.
Avoid at all costs
My 77 year old housebound mother who cannot get about well and cannot get upstairs was approached at her house by this company for a free boiler and loft installation. Her boiler was fitted the week after and there has been nothing but issues since. For two days she had water coming into her kitchen because they didn't connect the pipe properly behind the washing machine. Then the boiler and radiators were not working properly. She has had to have them out twice now and on both occasions, they have not been bothered in the slightest. it has taken my uncle to fix these things for her. I have been to inspect her house today to not only find a massive stain on her carpet from the old water tank taken out of my old room but also damage to her property as they knocked her kitchen wall and left a hole the size of 10 inches in her kitchen wall which they refuse to take responsibility for. This hole was not there before they turned up. My old room has a lot of items of mine currently left there and it has been ransacked as it looks like they were looking for valuables to steal and one of my valuable pot lions has disappeared. Drawers were open and turned out and the floor was a complete shambles of stuff thrown everywhere not to mention the dirt they left behind. It looks like we have had burglars. the airing cupboard floorboards are up exposing pipes and the downstairs has a wall with exposed pipes also. If this company think they are doing loft installation they can think again. I will be taking photos and tallying up all missing items at the weekend and sending them to the citizen's advice who will advise me on any further steps I need to take. This firm needs locking up they have taken advantage of my very frail mother. I urge anyone not to use this company. And the company that was employed to do the job gave a false address because on extensive search they do not exist.

Not impressed, appalled
The installation was awful. They placed behind the TV in the living room. The boiler then leaked all over the floor. There is a hole right through to back garden. There is exposed copper piping, about 15 metres of it.
Advantage has been taken of an old lady. Appalling!!

Had a new boiler fitted by Gary the whole process was dealt with very efficiently and quickly, Gary was very professional and particular and has done a wonderful job, he kept everywhere tidy and took all rubbish away, he took extra care in preventing my 2 sausage dogs from escaping! I would definitely recommend love to save energy.

Data security concerns
Surveyor was unable to provide any paperwork In Exchange for requesting my data. He phoned his director who I overheard saying I was ‘being excessive’ for wanting to know what they were going to do with my details. The surveyor’s ID card didn’t look very official. It had a QR code on it which when scanned came up as unreadable. Asked him to leave. I don’t trust this company.
This company wasted my time
This company wasted my time. They made 2 appointments for a ventilation survey. I took annual leave both times to be at home. They cancelled the first appointment only one hour before and then did not turn up for the second appointment. When I phoned them to ask if anyone was coming, I was told that I did not need to have this survey and it could be done 'remotely'. Needless to say I cancelled the whole job. This company lacks respect for customers as the do not realise the efforts we go to be at home for them. By the way the receptionist was really efficient and apologised several times.

They quoted for under-floor insulation (Their suggestion!!) with a Green Homes grant voucher, These guys are clueless. I have just had Usama a director try and explain how they gave a quote in January after a survey, it expired in April, their lead installer came out in July which he shouldn't have done Damp readings were 23% and the limit is 20% The lead installer tried to book the job in for the following week we postponed. They then cancelled due to the damp didn’t tell us and have no explanation as to why their joke service went wrong from beginning to end with no communication and Now leaving us no chance of finding an alternative installer. There was a pipe leak causing the damp that they were told about but they won’t consider that damp levels will have dropped Wouldn’t want my worst enemy to deal with these guys amateur is an understatement Please do yourself a favour and find other companies not these jokers
Boiler Replacement scheme !!
Please do NOT use this company.
They have a very slick website promising excellent customer service, and workmanship. Which is a blatant lie.
They were contracted to replace the boiler in my mother in law's house, after installation, the niggles started, too which they did come out but only one time. Still not working correctly eg heating would come on when only hot water was asked for.
It was an Ideal boiler, so they were contacted, an engineer came and tested system declaring the boiler was working fine it's the installation of system where the problem lies, which he suspects is due to poor wiring and valves.
Ideal have been very good and easily contacted unlike, the installation company. A second opinion was sort and the heating engineer classed the badly wired system was effecting to efficiency of operation.
Lovetosaveenergy will not reply to emails the number on their website does not get answered, twice transferred to a mobile number to which young lady says is a private number and who has nothing to do with the company.
So we are left with an 80yr old lady with hardly functioning heating system, a Company that can't be contacted and or refuse to reply to email or calls. I can only assume their good reviews are as fraudulent as the company itself.
Government Boiler Replacement Scheme
Booked for the Government Boiler Replacement Scheme for my Dad who had a boiler over 30 years old. From beginning to end great communication. I was worried as we had to pay for labour but it was worth every penny. Kept up to date with dates fitted me in my holiday time as my dad has dementia. The cavity floor fit was done by Dan and Simon. They worked so hard on the hottest day ever and never complained. Such a horrible dusty job! Boiler chaps arrived on time 4 lovely gentlemen. Nothing was a problem. Worked so hard all day. Totally professional and finished by 5. Would totally recommend this company! Well done some true hard workers.
