This was my second journey to Saudi Arabia for umrah with Loveumrah, and once again, it was excellent. The agent selected the accommodations, and they chose top-notch hotels for me. Although I received the voucher at the eleventh hour, the overall service was outstanding. Loveumrah is easily reachable via a quick WhatsApp message, and their response time is impressively fast.

Outstanding Umrah Experience with Love Umrah

I had a truly wonderful experience with Love Umrah from start to finish. Everything was very well organized, and the hotel choices were excellent. Our hotel in Medina was only a 3-minute walk from the Prophet’s Mosque, which was incredibly convenient, and the hotel in Mecca was just a 10-minute walk from the Haram—perfect for ease and comfort during Umrah.

The taxi drivers were always friendly, professional, and helpful, which made traveling between locations stress-free. I especially want to highlight Mohaiminul and Moshoud, who were our customer liaison representatives. They were absolutely amazing—very supportive, responsive, and patient. They answered all my queries promptly and guided us throughout the journey, which made a huge difference.

The only minor difficulty I faced was that I was unable to take Zamzam water from Medina to Riyadh, as this was not permitted by Virgin Atlantic. This was outside the control of the travel agency and did not take away from the overall excellent experience.

Overall, this was a fantastic and memorable journey. I am extremely satisfied with the service and care provided and will definitely be using this travel agency again, in shā’ Allāh (God willing). Highly recommended!

Just came back from Umrah and Alhamdulillah, Thank You very much Loverumrah for assisting us, from the airline tickets, hotel, transportation, I searched a different travelling companies, some of those quite expensives, but LOVEUMRAH cheap price in the peak season and very good hotel, 24/7 in costumer serves too easy to contact them! 101% highly recommended, soon we plan for my mom umrah with Loveumrah In Sha Allah!

I booked Swissotel Makkah with Loveumrah after recommendation by a relative. They were the most competitive and very easy to work with, mainly through WhatsApp. Received my hotel voucher as promised, 2 days before arrival in Makkah. They also made themselves available during my check-in just in case there were any issues, which Alhamdulillah there weren’t any. I had booked a room with a kaaba view and wasn’t disappointed. It was just an amazing view from the 35th floor. I would recommend Loveumrah without hesitation.

We booked holiday to Doha plus umrah with love umrah . Firstly it was good price compare to others . They were very helpful. I changed few times Hotels but they professionally handled my changes not annoyed at all. Very polite people working . We booked umrah including Hotels, transportation, visas . We don't have any complaints. We were completely satisfied . Already i recommend my best friend and his family. They have booked umrah with love umrah . Definitely I will recommend my friends and family. Next time I will book with them InnshaAllah .

LoveUmrah were recommended to us from our family member sister Shakirah. It was our first time doing Umrah and we had no clue where to begin with the trip. Loves umrah made the trip super simple and helped us with visas, recommended hotels as per our criteria and gave us tips about our trip. Thats my second time travelling to Saudia for umrah with Loveumrah. Again i will say the experience is very good. Agent use the hotels for me. And they gave me the best hotels. Only problem was that voucher comes at the last minute. But through out the service was amazing. Loveumrah is just a wee whtsapp message away and the response time is very quick.

I cannot recommend LoveUmrah enough. From the very beginning, the Umrah booking process was simple, quick, and completely stress-free. Every query I had was answered with patience, and the staff made sure we felt supported throughout. Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service & Misleading Information

My experience with Love Umrah was extremely disappointing due to their poor service, misleading information and lack of professionalism, which caused unnecessary stress during my spiritual journey. I travelled with 6 members of my family.

Delayed Hotel Voucher: I only received my hotel voucher after arriving in Makkah—after check-in time—leaving me in uncertainty. To make matters worse, the hotel initially informed me that my booking was only for one night instead of the full stay. On their website they claim to provide voucher within 48hrs of payment. They kept telling me the voucher is on its way, even up to 1hr prior to check in.

Misleading Booking Information: The initial voucher falsely indicated coverage for my entire stay, but in reality, it was only valid for one night. I had to chase the company multiple times through out the afternoon/evening to confirm my full stay booking.

Last-Minute Resolutions & Poor Communication: Despite repeated requests, I was left uncertain about my follow-up booking from 6th–11th March. I had to deal with the hotel directly due to the agency’s lack of response.

Failure to Address Requests Promptly: Instead of resolving issues proactively, I was forced to repeatedly chase for updates, disrupting my umrah my trip.

This level of mismanagement is completely unacceptable. I raised my concerns weeks ago and was repeatedly told someone would respond—yet no action has been taken. I have now been left with no alternative but now to warn others and I strongly advise others to avoid Love Umrah to prevent similar distress.

This was my second time travelling with LoveUmrah, and my first during Ramadan, and I could not recommend them enough. We booked through Br Alum who every time goes over and above to make sure everything is organised well and to make our journey smooth for us so we can focus on what really matters. Everything from the flights, hotels, transfers, visas & Zyarah in both Makkah & Madinah was taken care of, and he was always on hand to answer any questions or in case anything unexpected popped up. My third trip with alum and his company. The planning and execution of our umra trip this year coincided with the first 8 days of ramadhan. Medina our hotel was literally 30secs to gate 329 and all the shops you may need were in the vicinity including the date shops. We had tours of masjid quba and masjid qiblatain . We had a sheihk guide us thru the jurisprudence. Alum was also able to arrange a vip tour of the library and old manuscript and quran rooms for the men which are not readily available to the public. In makkah the first day was very long but reaching the address hotel you forget that. Love umra secured fantastic deals for rooms. Our room overlooked the haram. But the no1 feature of this hotel is the sky musala. The masjid holds 500 and you can see khanna kaaba better then any other point other than the mataf area. We are already planning for next year in sha allah. Alum, abdul hamid and especially durdana went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. It's a little more than other packages but service and quality cost money. Cheaper deals and I've done those with other companies the walk to the hotel can be 20min and the walk back 30 to 40min in the rush the hotel especially makkah is worth every extra pound .

Traveled to Umrah in a group on 24th Feb - omg what an amazing experience - I have traveled with Alum before but this time spending these days of ramdhan here has been really amazing - I will definitely travel again and already asking him about when he will do another group for us - thank you Alum for all your help - may Allah reward you always

I found loveumrah on instagram and I performed my Umrah in Feb 2025. I spoke to Arif and explained what my requirements were. Arif was very patient and suggested the best hotels near the haram. As this was my first time i spoke to the manager who explained alot of the things i should be aware of. We are a group of 8 people planning to go for umrah on April . Was searching for hotel in makkah for nine nights. Found Booking.com and many other booking providers online but was confused which company to choose because after hearing peoples experience with online bookings and reading their reviews many last minute cancellation even some on arrival not finding their bookings .

I phoned them and started searching for hotel in makkah firstly .
