Total SCAM, they take pictures from other sites, and post it. You order and nothing ever comes. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, scammers of top notch. Steal people's money and waste people's time. HIGH LINE FRAUDSTERS, this site needs to be reported as fraud and taken down as soon as possible. Disgusting

Made a order on the 2nd July 2026, have had no updates at all, I've been asking for some information about my order, and told to wait and be patient 😠, I have also asked for a refund that questioned never gets a reply,
This site is a scam,

As all the other reviews which I wish I would have seen earlier... never received items. Ordered July 5 and still nothing. This is a scam and sadly I fell for it.

They told me my order had been delivered. It hadn't. They told me to check with my neighbours - none of them had received it. I asked for a refund and was told to be patient my parcel was in transit! This was after they said it had been delivered. They sent me the tracking website - it is all in Chinese. They have ignored my last email asking if there was photographic proof of delivery. Total scammers. The jacket I ordered looked lovely and was intended as a birthday gift for my daughter.

Ordered over 30 days ago. Can’t get shipping info. Customer service sux. They only respond with we have shipped your items please give it time to be delivered to you. I then got your item has been delivered email. But no delivery. When I reached out for a tracking number they responded with the same response about please give your item time to be delivered. Disputed with credit card company

Been told my order was in my mailbox July 26. It is not there. Now can’t follow it. Getting upset. They are awesome products I am looking forward to too

Placed order tracking said delivered but wasn’t delivered when queried told to be patient and they would check with their logistics department 2 months later still no response and now they don’t even acknowledge emails. Company are obviously fraudulently obtaining payments for goods they have no intention of providing

Fraudulent site. Saw Lovevel advertise on Facebook. Warning everyone!. This online store is a scam. Ordered two tops from the store. That was back in late May and as of today (3rd July) have still not had any package delivered. Fortunately I didn't pay out much but still angry for falling for a scam.😡

BEWARE! Not a reliable company!Package was never delivered, and they keep telling me to check my neighbors. I live on a dead-end street with only 5 neighbors, and no one has it. I asked them who signed for it and they have no answer. I asked for a refund, and they keep giving me the run around. Lovevel is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I wish I would have read the reviews first. Mother got scammed on this website. Parcel was never delivered. The website is only 3 months old, and the only results for it in a Kagi search are itself and a facebook page (facebook page's are controlled by the owner, they can delete negative content etc).
