Hotel was good, rooms were clean and beds comfortable, plenty of food for hungry cyclists.
Staff were helpful and on hand, warm up ride was a little short for me but well led.

Myself and my son booked the Mallorca 312 thru love velo, and we were very pleased with their customer service, very punctual at getting back to you.
Had to email a couple of times regarding the final detail that we needed for the 312…but I think this was out of their hands and waiting on a third party.
We had a 2 hour wait for a transfer to our hotel, which is the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating…as when we arrived…is all we wanted to do, was ride our bikes.

Met Kieran and James at Mallorca and they seemed very pleasant guys.

I would recommend Love Velo to any one wanting a cycling trip.

Very pleased to recommend Love Velo. Our group trip to Mallorca was excellent. The transfer was efficient both ways. We were very pleased with the Hotel Cabot Pollensa Park and Spa which had all the facilities we needed and the location was conveniently close to Port de Pollenca, being neither in the middle of nowhere nor in an over-developed resort. The onsite bike hire was great and the Basso Astra bikes were fantastic and in excellent condition.

I arranged a short break in Mallorca through Love Velo and the whole process, from the first email enquiring about the trip to the communications thereafter and the organisation of all the details before and during the time there, was excellent. I will definitely be using Love Velo again and I can certainly recommend them. They are personable, helpful and take the stress out of arranging a cycling holiday.

I cannot recommend Love Velo enough. The whole experience from the easy booking process to the actual holiday in Mallorca was fantastic. The Cabot hotel, Port De Pollenca is exceptional, the transfers seamless and the hire bikes were brilliant quality. The Love Velo team were very responsive at all times when it came to communication. We enjoyed so much that we've already booked for next year and I wouldn't contemplate booking with anyone else.

I cannot recommend Love Velo highly enough for the recent cycling trip to Mallorca. From initial contact, responding to an advert in Cycling Weekly, to the hotel, bike hire, route information, and support prior to departure, LV were professional, friendly, and understanding of our requirements. The hotel in Porto Pollenca was a perfect base for the rides we had planned, and was at maximum capacity with predominately cyclists. The facilities ~ pool, spa, bike garage & workshop, etc ~ together with friendly helpful staff, made Cabot Pollensa Park Spa ideal. I for one hope to return to repeat and extend the experience.

What a great time We had in Puerto Pollensa. The Cabot Park Hotel was excellent, The staff were friendly and the food was good. The bike hire was also good the bikes performed faultlessly. The routes worked out well, and we had some excellent riding.

All in all it was a great holiday and I’m looking for and I am looking forward to going again.

Just had a fantastic cycling week in Mallorca. Most of the itinerary that love Velo organised was great.
Bikes where fantastic & the shop staff were brilliant.
Hotel Goleta fantastic
Transfer not so good, waited almost an hour for a huge coach then the driver took the hump because the hotel Goleta was hard to get to. The journey took quite long so we booked a taxi back to the airport.
The courses downloaded are great and enable you to plan your week with whoever you’re cycling with.
If you’re on your own or you want to join a group ride out go to the pro cycle shop at the top end of town they have group rides tue, thur, sat.
A bit disappointed we didn’t get a cycle shirt from love velo or hear from them during the week. But overall, good value, really enjoyed it & would do it again. TC

My hotel Mirador in Palma was booked by Love Velo and was a great base for my 'cultural trip'. I then took the bus to Port de Pollensa, where I hired a bike, through Love Velo. I stayed at Hotel Cabot which was a smashing base. The bike was a Giant and great for hills. Lots of friendly cyclists and great breakfasts. It was near the prom where I bought my regular ice cream

As a solo traveller, it was easier to ask someone else to organise everything for me. Phil did a great job in choosing a hotel with the lowest single supplement. Transfers were prompt, bike hire was great. The Hotel Cabot Pollensa Park & Spa was perfect. Great choice of food. Couldn't fault anything, and will be going again!

I booked a 3 night trip, 3 days road biking in Mallorca with Love Velo. I had a great time and enjoyed the cycling. The airport transfer there and back was great, I have a new spanish friend, Adam :) The hotel, what Phil managged to in Port Polenca, Hotel CABOT Pollença Park SPA, it is wonderful. It's not just looks nice, everything is really good. Friendly, helpfull staff, great bar, great bufete restaurant. And just only 2 minutes walking from the beach! And my room my room faced the beach. And there was a bike garage!!

The bike, I fall in love. That Giant TCR Advanced!! Brillinat. Perfect for everywhere on the island!!

So I would recommend for everyone to use Love Velo site to book a cycling holiday! The best way, and you won't be disappointed!

Lucky me - my cycling group asked me to plan our first trip away to Mallorca! After starting my research, I soon landed at Love Velo and that's when Tom & the Team set us on our way superbly!

The trip was for four nights and Love Velo organised the transfers, hotel & bike hire for five of us. Everything went like clockwork where the hotel was indeed four star & the bikes hired were fantastic - two of us had brand new Giant TCRs!!

Would highly recommend Love Velo (& Tom) for all their help with the planning and then delivering on what was booked.

Will be booking again for 2024!

I booked a 4 night trip, 3 days road biking in Tenerife with Love Velo. The booking process was very smooth and communication excellent. We had a great time and enjoyed the cycling. For my friend and I, the ebikes were a good choice, in order to allow us go a bit further and explore the island. The bikes were all set up to our specific measurements on arrival.

Mynd hotel was really nice, well set up for an active holiday. Really nice food with a focus on health and wellness. The small town of Callao Salvaje was nice for a stroll. The transfer from the airport was organised as part of the package was reliable and convenient.

I would recommend, 100%

From start to finish I had an amazing experience with Love Velo. We usually book our holidays ourselves but I took a chance with an agency for once and so glad I did. I'd like to call out Tom in particular. From my first conversation with him he was super helpful and completely understood my needs despite me being a bit vague with budget and requirements. He booked our one week trip to Calpe including private transfers, bike rental and a lovely hotel. The hotel was fantastic (Suitopia) and the transfers experience was smooth. We had a whole mini bus just for the two of us! The bike rental was excellent too, only £25 per day for carbon bikes with Ultegra Di2.

The booking experience was easy and Tom also made a great effort to pass on our detailed bike fit info to the shop (which was 5 mins walk from the hotel). Even though we wanted to do our own thing and not join any guided riding, Tom still provided GPS files for several great routes in the area.

Overall a fantastic experience and I will definitely be using Love Velo again.

Just back from a week in Lanzarote (our third trip with Love Velo) and, yet again, an excellent experience. Lovely hotel, although slightly surreal wheeling the bikes past people sizzling by the pool, but a great location to the south of Puerto del Carmen and close to the promenade. Excellent bikes as well and a very helpful bike shop. Big thank you to Ciaran who organized the trip on the Monday and we were in the resort for Saturday. Nothing but positives to say about the holiday. Only complaint, bit windy at times. But we won't hold Love Velo to blame for that!

I had the best experience booking through Love Velo. Phil and Tom worked over the Christmas break to organise a super last minute trip for me which I really appreciated given the time of year and timescale. The hotel was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at - they upgraded my room for free. The bike rental were super accommodating and was located right next to the hotel. The routes were great - took the stress out of planning them. Airport transfer was same- easy and no stress. Calpe is also amazing! Just book it. Thanks again guys!

Had an amazing pre-Christmas trip to Tenerife thanks to Love Velo! Things couldn’t have gone smoother thanks to their organisation — airport transfers were seamless, bikes were ready and waiting at the hotel, and routes were excellent for a first-timer to the island. Will definitely be using them again.

We went to Majorca in August last year. Great to have the routes planned for us beforehand and the hotel was nice. However, before we even set off our holiday plans needed constant amendments, e.g. wrong dates, wrong number of people etc.They were quite snooty on the phone when I tried to sort out these issues. I was pretty disappointed with my bike as was excited to ride the Liv Langma with ultegra groupset as promised; my bike was a Swift with basic shimano105 group set and uncomfortable men’s saddle. We were told an incorrect pick up time for our flight home and ended up sitting in the dark and cold for an hour at 3am in the morning as a result (had returned keys to reception). It costs a lot for Lovevelo to organise stuff and I don’t think they do that particularly well. Next time I’ll be happier to organise everything myself.

Having just returned from two 14th week's cycling in Gran Canaria I cannot praise Love Velo highly enough. From the comfort & location of the Hotel to the pickups to and from the Airport, as well as bike collection everything went remarkably smoothly & was very well managed.
