Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Hasn’t been dispatched yet. No response to email.

Ordered late Saturday evening, arrived Wednesday morning. Great, speedy service. Cannot fault this company.

I would like to give no star but that is not possible.
Hopefully they stop their business because it is ridiculous. There is no customer service. Paid for one day delivery and got my message after 2 weeks that the products are ready for dispatch. They are a joke. Im only upset because i wasted my money on them.

Placed an order on this site end of march, luckily just for one item, received an order confirmation but then I heard nothing for a few days. A week went by and I still hadn't had an email about whether it had been dispatched so I sent an email to the support@lovewoo email on their site and didn't get a reply. 2 days goes by and I email again - no reply.
I paid via PayPal too luckily so I opened a dispute/request about 2 weeks after I placed my order for a refund as this was getting ridiculous.
Paypal gave the seller a month to respond (which is way too long if you ask me!) 2 weeks after I put in the request lovewoo refund my order via PayPal.. . No email from them, no explanation, nothing!
Bizzare way to run a company! If I hadn't have paid via PayPal it would have been very difficult to get a refund, my advice would be to steer clear of this site!

Dont buy. Ordered an item that was shown as in stock but it never arrived. Only received a refund two days later and no reason or apology. Rubbish customer service, wont use again

this is the worst compant i have ever had dealing with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ordered a vibrator which was described as totally silent, it was in fact very noisy.this is clearly false advertising..another item arrived which was not in a sealed bag..love woo told me it was sealed and that i had opened it but this is not true so i assume that they had sent me a used item,,ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING..lovewoo refused to refund so i had to open a case with paypal and got my money back..DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COWBOY OUTFIT.

Only a small order and it came on time however it gets 1 star because.

From the order confirmation there was no further communication to say it had been processed/dispatched from lovewoo. It was a next day delivery and nothing came to my door so naturally i thought it hadn't been delivered. Contacted them via the support email address. Bounced back as undeliverable. Contacted them using their online form. No reply. Tweeted them. No reply and the tweet didn't appear on their page so they must review tweets before they publish them. Was thinking this was a scam company but finally got them on FB messenger and was told they had no emails from me. Not even from the contact form on their website! Worth noting at this point that they don't have a customer service contact number if that wasn't apparent from my attempts to contact them above. Was told on messenger that DPD delivered my parcel and left it in an outshed but no communication from DPD either. I get stuff delivered from DPD almost daily and always get comms but LoveWoo's response was "take it up with them"

Not good enough and won't shop there again.
