The worst service I have received in a long time. Getting a gift for a Batchelor party and ordered 3 weeks in advance while also paying for their “express delivery”for $20. Not only did the product never come but at the time of the party the tracking showed it was in China. I emailed them that I don’t want the product anymore or need the product.
They offered a refund on the express delivery fee only. To this day I still don’t have the product and will be taking them to small claims court if they don’t give a full refund

My address was in a different state than where the order was sent. The support email response was they identified that was the issue, but a refund or resending the item was denied! I was sent to severel emails including the us postal service and my address was not even on the order, but they still denied a refund! SCAM

Product received not working properly, came with defect.
Their answer was:
“Dear customer,
we highly value your feedback and experience. We would like to offer you two options: we can either resend the product to you or provide you with a 10% refund. Thank you for your understanding and support.”

With this kind of answer I do not trust Lovexxo any more.

I don’t want another product. I want full refund.

Be warned, don`t buy Lovexxo!

It has been over a year now and I still have not received a refund or the shipment of toys… the customer service team says they are trying to figure it out still, I would not order from this company.

This company is a total scam.

We had a deal where they asked for a pre-payment, promising to pay me one by one after I posted content.

I created and posted the first piece, but right after that, they basically went silent either not replying at all or sending one message a day with excuses.

Now they’re claiming they don’t even have a payment method.

It’s been over 18 days, and I haven’t received a single penny. Stay far away from this scammy business

USE AMAZON!! YOU GET IT FASTER AND IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, YOU CAN RETURN IT WITH NO HASSELS. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! BAD BUSINESS

I had a small issue with shipping but it wasn’t the stores issue. I sent an email asking where my package is and they got back to me the very next day and was very helpful. The product came in good and clean condition. 10/10 recommend.

It is my first time ordering from this company and I did not know how long it would take for the delivery , so I contacted customer service they responded within 8 hours and help me with my issue, to be honest they stay on top of it and solve the issue . I thought the package was lost so I began to think I was going to have a problem getting a replacement or refund. Come to realize LOVEXXO was not at fault here , there are other things to consider here of which I will not mention here.What most of us need to understand when order online regardless if the package is coming from in or out of the country of origin, there might be some delays.Personally I would not hesitate to re-order from then again knowing all the facts .Patience is a virtue specially if you`re getting a good deal.

Highly recommended. Got a few things and my husband and I love them. 10/10. Will be buying again in the future. 😊

March 30th, I ordered a masturbator device and received it within the expected time. I proceded to try the item but unfortunately, it broke in the middle of my session. I contacted the seller and about 12 hrs later received a response. They asked me to provide them with a short video showing what the problem was. I did that immediately and sent it to them. The next day, I got a reply offering me 2 options. 1- a refund for 20% or 2- a replacement. I opted for the replacement. The following day, they replied that a replacement had been sent. In the mean time, I explored their site and found another device for a bit more money that seemed more suitable for me. I sent an e-mail asking them to not send me the direct replacement but this other item which I preferred. The reply was a great surprise, they cancelled the replacement and sent me the device I had requested at no extra cost. I just received it yestersday and put it to work as soon as I could. I could not be more satisfied with the device and specially the excellent service I received. I would not hesitate to purchase other items from them. They are pros, honest and provide the best service possible.

The customer service at LOVEXXO is exceptional and far better than any company that I have dealt with. They are extremely helpful and always provide answers to questions that I may have. Some of the issues are not due to them but they still attempt to assist the customer as much as possible. I started working in 1995 and have never seen or dealt with a company that is so helpful. A low rating does not make sense to me and makes me question the validity of the comments. Please note that I do not work for LOVEXXO but wanted to provide my honest opinion as a customer.

This website is a scam I ordered something last year it didn't arrive and it says it very clear if you don't resave your goods there will full refund me back what bill shit my Order No. 00051403 my amount off $74.33 they did not refund me back just making excuses after excuses this website is a big SCAM do not buy from them

Scam company, DO NOT ORDER. Their products are extremely dangerous and unsafe. They are fighting me tooth and nail every step of the way on getting a refund. Unbelievably scummy. I so regret buying from this company. Don't do it

THEY ARE SELLING USED TOYS! Totally incompetent and only out to make a buck. Be careful that the item you receive has not been USED as the one I ordered, clearly had been. I asked to have it returned and they would only offer a 10% refund on a $100.00 dollar order. Coming in from China but coorespondence routed to California.

Don’t waist your money. I bought a toy in October 2024. It came totally damaged without any of this promised functions no vibration, no thrusting and no heating. They gave me an option of 10% of the purchase price which would be $6.59 is, Or a replacement. I’m still waiting. The tracking number of 17 track, leads to a standard message that it is in route. Bad customer service and poor product.

Looks and feels real. Just really heavy and too hard.

I placed an order, but due to my address has lots of parcel thieves, I gave my PO BOX address. They did not contact me regarding the address and just process refund. Then I place a new order and using my friend’s mailing address, then they cancel and refunded my order!!! They claimed Canada Post is on strike! WTF! Canada Post is on strike when I placed my first order. Again no communication to me and just cancel and refunded me! F-ing frustrating!!
