No customer service what so ever...beginning to think this a scam ???

I am at the end of my tether with this company. Ordered a jacket in October, still waiting. I have messaged ,emailed, no reply. I have commented on their page , which was deleted. I received a Dm saying email was imminent, still nothing . Meanwhile I am bombarded every day with discounts and offers from them. Truly awful . I have now received an email to say item shipped with a tracking number which when I try to track is not recognised. Seriously annoyed and out of pocket .

Avoid!!! I have ordered from this company a couple of times before and although the goods took a very long time to arrive I was very pleased with what I’d received. This time however I have been waiting over 6 weeks with absolutely no communication whatsoever and they have failed to respond to 3 emails, a Facebook message and a comment on social media. Customer service is non existent and I’m now assuming that they don’t intend to either fulfill my order or refund me. It’s a real shame that their service is so awful as their products are good! Buyer beware!!
Edited to add - still not received anything. They eventually responded to a message promising that my order would be dispatched in 48 hours but the tracking number couldn’t be traced and I still have nothing and now back to ignoring my messages. Absolute con.

Con artists. Placed an order at the very start of Sept and still have received nothing. They ignore all efforts to get in touch and only provide fake information if they deign to reply. They are thieves. Notice how all the positive reviews are 'invited' reviews. Contact Action Fraud and Trading Standards if you have been defrauded by this company. Update: received ONE belt just before Christmas. No communication whatsoever. Still waiting on the other (more expensive) belt, which has been 'in transit' for 3 months. 3 months!! I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the good reviews were fake or written by their friends and family. I just can't see how this business is still operating frankly. Finally contacted my bank for a chargeback. Bank have been great. Not optimistic of ever seeing the belt I wanted. Update: 4 months of waiting now, still no second belt.

I ordered two obi belts, one in gold and the other black, I only received the gold but not the black, customer service did not respond and I was blocked on Instagram too, no refund and no black belt, I received a fake Royal Mail tracking number so please beware loveyaayaa are scammers

Shocking... took months for full order to arrive FROM END OF JULY..finally got it all in September..returned all items tracked royal mail and STILL no refund. They only post five star reviews on their website. As I posted there and it never appeared .AVOID..RIP OFF MERCHANTS I'd attach pics of the comms if I could..or lack of.

This shop used to be a little slower than other online retailers, but reliable with an eventual delivery. Most recently, I ordered 2 items on 9 September and whilst 1 item arrived 2 weeks later. The 2nd (and more expensive of the 2) has not arrived 2 months later. WhatsApp messages & calls, emails and direct messages through their website are all ignored without so much as the courtesy of an acknowledgment.

Really unprofessional but more than that, seriously disappointing.

Take note of the reviews, DO NOT shop here as it’s as good as blowing your money into the wind.

I saw and fell in love with the denim tote bag and when it arrived I was not disappointed. Received many comments the first day I took it out. The delivery took a few weeks but received my purchase beautifully wrapped and as described.

LoveYaaYaa’s products take a while to arrive but they are packaged beautifully. I bought headwraps as a gift and I know they will be well received and appreciated.

I wish I had read the reviews on here prior to placing my order. It has been over a month since I placed my order and yet this company have the audacity to send an email saying they 'haven't heard from me for some time'! Despite sending chasing emails and requesting a refund, there is no response. Absolutely abysmal way to run a business.

Was so excited to receive my items from this small business, yet over a month later and I’m still waiting- they never arrived!
Worst experience ever!
I privately messaged them, and received no response.
It seems that they delete any negative comments on their social media’s, luckily they cannot delete these!
Website has incorrect tracking information.
I’d advise anyone against ordering from this company as it seems very disorganised, an extreme LACK of customer service. I wouldn’t trust giving the owners my money at all, no matter how much I may want or need an item.

Love the jacket; trendy and practical! Also, not from a high st so I’ve been asked about where I got it already!

Horrible service. I have contacted them multiple times to inquire about the status of my order and have received NO response. Its been over a month, I haven't received my items but they have my money and I just want to figure out how to get a refund now. This is the WORST experience I've had with an online retailer before. I will never shop with them again.

Absolutely disgusting rip off , no product received 1 and a half months later , with fake tracking details for the product. All comments removed from Facebook. Stay away from this company

I really wanted to like this small business. Having researched and seen all the positives, I bought items on that basis. Never again. This company gives small black businesses a very bad name and I'm so so disappointed. By the way, still waiting for my order 3 months in. Just disgraceful....and yet...popping up on social media posting new items for sale....unbelievable.

I wish I had read the reviews before parting with my money. My order was too small, I send back paid for the postage on the 3rd of September 2021 it was tracked and delivered back to this business, since then I have tried everything to get in contact to see when my replacement will be delivered. I have tried private messaging on Instagram WhatsApp and the customer service emails NOTHING not even an acknowledgement. I then made a comment politely on Instagram publicly it was deleted!!! So it seems they can acknowledge you this way. (funny that) I do not want to complain about a small business and want to support because everyone has been through enough during Covid but they have given me no option. I am really upset because the goods were not cheap and as a hardworking single mother was a very rare treat for myself. So disappointed lucky for me I have the receipts and messages to pass on to Action Fraud to deal with. Such a shame because the clothes are lovely.

Awful service, I purchased an item at the end of June. Tried to return it the day after delivery and no reply. I finally got a reply and sent the item, tracked and paid delivery by me. It arrive mid August and I am still chasing for my money to refunded. Would not recommend to shop here. Such a shame, trying to support a small business but this is not acceptable.
