I ordered 40 roses 🌹 for valentines 💝 day for my loved one on the 9th of February. They didn't get the flowers until the 20th of February. I will never shop with them again. They also charge more for their products than their Competition

Saw the ad on Snapchat a few weeks ago and thought id order a necklace for my Gf. When the order arrived the box the necklace come in was in great shape and the necklace looked beautiful. Customer service is great, really kind and very helpful when it came to some questions I have. Over all a very good product and website

i ordered over a week ago i have the screenshot of my confirmed order the amount i paid and the order number and i can not track it anywhere. i’ve tried multiple ways to try and track it to see where it is, i order for valentine’s day but looks like ive been scammed. emailed them and no response. not happy

Report to your credit card company, debit card bank, PayPal etc. Register your fraud complaint and receive you refund. This fraud site is scamming 100,000’s of dollars a day from working people.

I ordered an angel ornament for my friend who lost their parents recently, with a picture of them from their wedding. No picture in the Angel and I paid for a gift card with a message, no message, so my friend had no idea who sent it. Don't waste your money with this company!

Absolute sham horrible service ordered a gift for my wife on Dec. 8th and paid for expedited shipping, forget this company they should not be allowed to sell anything, package still hasn’t arrived keeps getting “rerouted”. Dont waste your money

Ordered a blanket over a month ago paid extra to have it shipped in time for Christmas. It’s still in China and no way to get ahold of anyone. Beyond sad, avoid company at all costs.

I ordered a custom grey shirt with blue outlining with a picture of my dog. Instead I got a black shirt with purple outlining. The image quality is horrendous. They only used 1 colour for my dog and thick black outlining rather than the semi-realistic designs that were advertised. The lettering was small and in no way the large bold letters they were supposed to be. I paid $76 AU for this! I want my money back. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my mom but I guess that's not happening.

I finally received my items and you cannot even see an image inside. Highly disappointed and very sad. I tried contacting the company 3 different times and never received a reply back.

My order said it was 37 dollars and then when I ordered it had taken 60 dollars out and I am not happy

It has been 19 days since I placed my order and 9 days since it said it was fulfilled. If paying for expedited shipping doesn't turn out to be faster then normal a refund should be offered for shipping at the least. I'm only holding on in hopes that the quality of the plaque makes up for the wait. Definitely don't pay for fast shipping if you buy something from this company.

Worst gift ever
I ordered the mothers days moon picture thing (this is what the moon looked like the day you were born)
Paid express shipping and imstead of 1 week it was just over 2 weeks. They offered $4 back as a refund Ahahha terrible.
Which means my mum didn’t get it until the day after Mother’s Day
The ad I saw on instagram was misleading as it looked a lot better in the video than what it does in person. The only thing that is good is the frame. So $45 for a frame
The writing was spelt wrong and this is how happy Mother’s Day was spelt.
HAPPY MOTHER’ S DAY (it doesn’t show the spacing for some reason but between the R’S in mothers it was spaced 4 times. So it’s just a big gap
Seriously come on. They even spelt mum. MOM when I changed it when ordering as this is on their to do list before buying

Great company to work with. Very quick response time. I even had a modification to make to the sweatshirt and they got back to me right away to make it happen. I will be ordering more from them in the future.
