There is no minus one selection on this star system or I would use it. I ordered set of book covers over a week ago, and they have not arrived. I called and emailed no answer and no response. The contact details on my invoice are as follows

Previous small orders last year were delivered okay, and the quality of the book covers was great, however, more recently and like many others, my orders have been massively delayed with no explanantion and no replies to my e-mails. Very disappointing. The website appears to have closed down mid-March 2021.

Ordered over a month ago order says processing no response to emails.

I ordered a book cover from loveyourbook and after checking my order status after 5 days it was still in “processing”. I emailed and asked when it was going to be dispatched as it was for a birthday present, I was then informed that it was of it of stock but they will attempt to get it produced quicker than planned for me. It was then dispatched the following day and arrived in 2 days! Fits perfectly and good customer service!

Ordered a book cover. Not received. No replies to any emails. I think I’ve been had.

PayPal case opened against company.

Ordered items from this business on the 1st July. Nothing had arrived by the 15th July therefore I emailed them.
No response by the 26th July so raised a claim via PayPal for a full refund.
Unable to trace any details about this business with a company search and no contact address details are given on their website.
I therefore suspect this business/website is a scam.

I ordered some covers from loveyourbook.co.uk and when they came the sizes were incorrect. I tried contacting them a nuumber of times via their online contact form and via email, but I had no response whatsoever.
