These people clearly don't Love Your Pet. The engraving on the dog tag received was so faint even I can't understand my own contact information let alone a stranger trying to get my dog back to me. Waste of money and time. Total rip-off.

Absolutely rubbish key ring . 😡 what a rip off . Cheap and nasty . The paws on my dog were non existent. Sent an email offered me 15% refund 🤣 this company needs reporting for making cheap and nasty merchandise 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Absolutely rubbish not worth 2p. Cheap nasty small keyring, badly engraved. Do not use this company. Delivery was over a month absolute utter rubbish.

We bought our dog a silent dog tag a few months ago. We love that it makes no annoying metal noise when he’s running around like a maniac! Somehow, it broke today. I reached out to the company and immediately they sent a new one to us! I love everything about my experiences with them!

Exactly what I was looking for in a dog tag. I realized that my dogs tag was too loud and potentially wake up a sleeping baby. Every second counts for nap especially for mama to get a much needed break and more time with my dog baby.

If there was an option to put zero stars I would ordered 20k of fish food 2weeks ago still waiting ,have emailed them 5/6 times no reply rung up 3/4 times said they'd sort it nothing thats it don't buy from this company on line.

ordered and paid for goods.Did not recieve them. No reply to emails and phone calls. Taken to small claims and got Judgment. Claim No. 225MC224 dated 20.08.21. Do not buy on line.

I ordered a tag for a new puppy on May 8. I still hadn't received it by May 25, so I had my bank reverse the charge and credit me. Now I am being hounded by these people to contact my bank to remove the chargeback. I finally blocked them. I seriously have received no less than multiple harassing emails. What a disgusting way to do business. I was told today they sent me a tag on June 12th. Is it not obvious that I already went elsewhere. Are you people serious?

F*** this company!!! Terrible item, my dog scratched herself and it broke off. When I emailed and asked for a refund I was told “99% of people have no issues!” And?!?! Terrible service terrible product quality.

I am very pleased with my Pet ID tags! My order came within reasonable time and beautifully engraved, which is why I chose to order them here other than well-known places like Amazon, who are advertising very similar products. The fact that these ID tags are mechanically engraved rather than printed, leads me to believe that the print will certainly last longer with normal day-to-day wear and tear! Definitely recommend to others!

I've ordered from Love Your Pets several times already. Both times only positive emotions. Each time I got exactly what I ordered, and for a nice price. Delivery too didn't take long, I'll 100% order a few more tags for my dog.

Can't say enough about the service I received. After adopting our recent furry family member, we went through several name changes and Love Your Pets was so patient and helpful until we found the perfect name. On our 3rd/final choice we found the new, soundless tags and it was meant to be. Shipping was quick and I couldn't be more pleased with Augie's tag.
