On Valentine’s Day

On Valentine’s Day, my boyfriend purchased flowers from a local florist. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect, and the missing items were a chocolate letter and a necklace. I contacted the florist via phone, and they acknowledged the error and promised to rectify the situation. However, they failed to provide an answer to my concerns and instead stated that they would retrieve the missing items. Instead, they retained the money from the transaction.
