I'll be honest, the earrings are beautiful, they're complete crap, they fell apart after the first time I put them on. I bought four for one, one of them was blue and dyed my whole neck, so I was wondering why they don't give a bill.

Ordered a product online for delivery…

Ordered a product online for delivery to my local, Rockingham branch and got a confirmation of delivery email. Upon visiting the store, they hadn't received the item and apparently had no way of tracking the whereabouts of the item. Farcical for a store of this supposed high street standing. Disappointed daughter as it was a Christmas present for her. Awaiting a refund. Won't be spending with them again.

Cheap and unreliable.

I bought £70 worth of jewellery for a Xmas party and before I even made it out of the door all the jewellery broke.

The diamonds in my earrings fell out, my bangle snapped in half and the chain clasp on a bracelet broke off and I lost the entire bracelet.

The rings last for a month max until they start turning your fingers green and black and discolour.

When I returned the broken jewellery I was severed by a really nice lady that confirmed the all the jewellery is cheap, unreliable and made in poor factory’s in china, that’s coming from the staff!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I had a very bad experience at Lovisa while getting a piercing. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I was wrongly blamed for something that was not my fault, and instead of explaining properly, they said it was my mistake. One staff member was laughing, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I expected better customer service. I would not recommend this place for piercings. This was my worst experience with them.

What a disappointing experience!!!!!!! Came in to get one earring I really wanted, proceeded to look at the bundle packages they have, picked my 5 for $12 and I picked other pieces and went to check out. I knew my total price sounded a bit off but I told myself I could be off on my math and didn't think much about it until I came home. Complete mayhem!! I was charged wrong! The earring I wanted was not in my bag and now I understand why my price was high. The icing on the cake is.... I called and damn, worst customer service ever. Was told the person that checked me out was new. I told her that she did not acknowledge anything when i checked out.. like i got one earring that was off on the 5 for $12 and if i should look again (that earring by itself was $18!!!!!) and just basic stuff to make me aware. Didn't tell me of their return policy and so when i called, all I was told was that they can't do anything. $70 bucks down the drain.

Terrible company

Terrible company. I was a manager there, they are stealing employees wages. In 8 months of employment none of my staff got paid correctly and they still own me £400 for my 4 days of holidays . In 20 years working experience worst company I ever worked!

Fantastic customer care from Angela in EK

Had to return a ring to the East Kilbride shop as it was too small for my friend. Angela, the store manager, was most professional and dealt with my problem without any fuss. Would definitely not hesitate to buy from this store again, as her customer care was exceptional!

I informed the technicians...

I informed the technicians, (a term I use loosely) that I can't keep the studs they supply in my ear due to the lobe swelling, and that both the stud and butterfly clip burying themselves into my earlobe due to the studs being too short for my earlobe. This causes me much pain and infection, something that I've learned from experience.
I brought my own sleepers with me, and told the staff that as soon as the ear was pierced (two piercings), they would need to remove the studs and replace them with the sleepers.
I was asked to choose which studs I wanted, and again I told the assistant that it didn't matter because they had to come out straight away, and my sleepers to go on due to the swelling. No mention was made that they wouldn't/couldn't do it for me until after they had my money, and my ear was pierced. After the first piercing, the gun got stuck. The young shop assistant started to panic because she couldn't dislodge the piercing gun from the stud, so the entire piercing gun was hanging off my ear while I had to hang on to it, and the young girl went for assistance. Her fellow shop assistant finally came after she finished serving a customer, and between them, they managed to dislodge the piercing gun.
Would I recommend Lovisa to anybody... I don't dislike anybody enough to suggest they go there!

Cardiff at David's hall. Devika was fab

Went to Cardiff St Davids hall and wanted my ears pierced. Devika reassured me and showed me how they did the piercings. A customer was happy to sit and show as well. I bit the bullet and because I was scared Devika suggested two staff do it at the same time. Which they did. It didn't hurt at all and they were amazing. The price was the most competitive in Cardiff and I was very grateful for their patience with me. Highly recommend for piercings. While I was there a customer asked for a specific earring which the assistant went straight to in the shop floor. Amazing clean hygienic shop and the two staff were fantastic. Asset to the company

I took my daughter to the Peterborough store and got her ears pierced as a treat and few weeks later the earring was sinking into her skin and it seemed to calm down and now 3 months in its sinking again so having to go a&e, would not recommend getting ears pierced here, please go to a professional

I they had -1 stars I would give them less than that. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced as she was so excited and paid more than $100 for the piercing, earings and cleaning solution. After 2 weeks, she developed severe ear infections that required antibiotics and had to remove them entirely. When I went to speak to the manager, they said I should have paid for the healing solution which was never even offered to us and were now insisting on charging us for it after the fact. She no longer has any piercings as they are now all blocked up and the company has refused to offer any assistance of any kind. The staff and management are all rude and inconsiderate and would not recommend sending anyone there.

Terrible healing as they used a gun

Terrible healing as they used a gun. Was warned prior to not have my piercing done at Lovisa. Kept it sterile for over 2 months in hope that it will heal. But my ear lobe remained swollen and just did not heal. In the end I had to permanently remove the piercings. Really upset as I was so excited. And to top it off, it was overpriced! DO NOT get your piercing done here.

WARNING ‼️- do not buy Lovisa as gifts sent directly to friends for Xmas! I bought $150 of lovisa jewellery for myself. I waited 9 business days and was extremely disappointed with my delivery. The parcel arrived in what looked like a scrappy recycled box , NOT Lovisa, branded, poorly taped (appearing opened and then retaped with clear tape), with ripped tissue paper and accessories just thrown in.

To make matters worse, there was bird poop on the box when it arrived. I was home and collected it immediately after delivery, so this clearly occurred before it reached me. It’s unhygienic and completely unacceptable — where are these parcels being stored that birds can defecate on them? Imagine the embarrassment if I had sent this as a gift.

Adding to the disappointment, Lovisa never followed up after advising they would contact Australia Post. This lack of communication suggests nothing was done, and that the company is comfortable with customers receiving orders in such an appalling condition.

This experience is far below what I expected from Lovisa and has seriously impacted my confidence in ordering from them again. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL !
