Everything was quick and reliable. The customer service was really helpful and answered my questions right away.

I admin several servers hosted by LOW.MS and can without doubts give this provider the very best recommendations. They assist us on short notice regardless day/night/weekend and also with issues not necessary beeing their ground, like Rcon connection etc.

Their controllpanel is easy on the eye and to controll, giving the tools you need on an everyday basis. Servers seem powerfull, stable and hardly any lag can be noticed.

Low.ms automated setup was simple and very quick. Ping times are great for me being in the mid-west, and experienced absolutely no server side lag during my stay. I've had absolutely no issues with the service at all. Next time I need a game server hosted, I will be coming back.

I recently cancelled my server after being a customer for 6 months. Not because of the host, they have been great to me and although their support can take a few hours to respond server performance made up for it.

Good service provider.
Always reply within a day or less and have multiple methods of contact.
The rented server always ran smoothly and never experienced any network issues.

Low.ms, stands above the rest of among all game hosting companies. If you want the best pings (least lag), the quickest uptimes and least amount of downtime. The customer service is beyond this world amazing. If you have been screwed over by other perfect places or places offering solutions but instead ruin your data or have bots to answer tickers then look no further than Low.ms.

If you want an example, the owner of the company is a member of our discord and would give us a serverwide mention if they were going to take down the server for a few minutes to back up and restart everything. I know some people can run scripts in their games to do this for them, but if you truly are patient, and don't mind the price. They are the best service, and quality out on the market.

Once there is an issue I’ve always got great help from their support, fast and quick.

Great servers and easy to maintain. The control panel could be a little more faster (in http loading speeds of terms), to make it feel more like an app instead of a slowish website, but with that as only 'downside' I just cannot complain at all. Thanks for the great service.

I ordered (and paid for) a private server to be setup at 9 AM on a weekday, and received an automated message that "Normally by the time you login, the server will be ready and displayed as "Online". However, the server was not up and I didn't have any access to any control panel so I couldn't do or check anything. I logged a ticket an hour later.
5 hours later (!) still no reply so I updated the ticket. Another 3 hours later, still without any reply or assistance from low.ms, I asked for cancellation and refund. Already 20 mins later, I got a reply saying something had gone wrong and they would set up the server immediately. By then, I had already found another hosting site and had lost any confidence in "low.ms" due to not getting any reaction for so long.

I specifically chose "low.ms" because of the statement on their website about
"INSTANT SETUP
As soon as your payment has been recieved our system begins setting up your server, allowing you to start gaming within minutes."
so then having to wait over 8 hours before even getting any reply or assistance is unacceptable to me. Only after I asked for a refund did I get the quick customer service I was looking for.

They then apologized and acknowledged they should have reacted sooner, and gave me a full refund quickly. They also said that they are normally pretty quick with the response times. While that may be true in general, that was certainly not my experience.

Errors can happen, and that's unfortunate, but my personal experience with this company left me without any confidence about e.g. how long I would have to wait again if I needed any support in the future. The customer service in the end re: the refund was great but by then it was just too late.

Very good quality, servers work great no lag at all. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing with the server settings and installing mods but the staff definitely did and set up everything very well!

I've been running a Conan Exiles server with Low.ms for about a month now, and I'm very happy.

Aside from the excellent performance (always low latency) and wealth of options (NVME drives, dedicated CPU cores, etc.) Low.ms runs a business that is simply good for gamers.

I am a server admin noob. I love gaming, but I have no idea what I'm doing with mods, scripts, or commands. These guys have gone out of their way to make my experience a good one. They've even offered to write a custom script for my server.

And, in spite of the fact that Conan Exiles is a very broken game aplomb with bugs and quirks, Low.ms has provided professional, hands-on customer service at every turn. I probably would've abandoned the server (and the game) if they hadn't been so incredibly available, courteous, and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm the owner of Rustastical and I recently switched from a well known host to LOW.MS after being with my old host for three years. I was very impressed by the pre-sales response and the willingness to help. My new server was setup quickly and support was quick to respond to all my questions.

I did a ton of research, trying to find the best solution for my players and every time, it came back to LOW.MS. My server has never run better and the staff is awesome at resolving issues.

I highly recommend LOW.MS to anyone who runs a Rust server. You will not be disappointed. Looking forward to building a great relationship with you guys. Simply Awesome.

Great host! No problems, great customer care

I had heard a lot of good things about the trustworthiness of low.ms in handling game servers. Modders who say they wont use any other host but this one. So i bookmarked them for when i wanted to start a game server. I expected the same lack of customer support i've come to expect in the industry and these guys proved me wrong. Top notch. Leave the other server hosts now-before they break your server and blame it on someone else. subscribe with low.ms :)
