I have just received my VW T 28. I was absolutely blown away with the level of service at the LCV group. The people I would like to mention who went up and beyond to make sure I was happy are…. Scott who sold it to me, very knowledgeable, Molly who dealt with all of the admin and paperwork, the guy who dropped the van off to me Ian. Everybody was very professional and understanding. Rhydian who I placed the order with was brilliant. He was knowledgeable about stock, specs and prices which was very surprising. The thing I enjoyed most about dealing with his was his understanding of my needs and the timescale I was up against. I was dealing with 3 other companies at the time none of which I was impressed with therefore I chose to place my order with him.
Once the order was place things went smoothly from there.

The whole process was straightforward, great communication and customer service from order to vehicle delivery. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Fourth van I have had off Oliver. Great service as usual. Comfortably beat global vans on price on a like for like. Mollys after sales communication was brilliant keeping me informed of delivery.

The customer service and communication, especially with Molly, Stuart & Ross was excellent. In sales, we dealt with Scott Jones who was also very helpful. We adjusted the specification of our vehicle several times and nothing was too much trouble.

This company go above and beyond, to the point when its first name basis, which gives it it's unique quality. Anything you want they can get, and also those specials ones that you can't, I have to shout out to Meg, Oliver, Kyle, Rebkah and Molly..... What a team! absolute credit to the comapany, from start to finish they are always their for you and also have a good chin wag aswell (maybe my fault). They are proffessional, efficient and give you every information you need. Somethimes the finance company says no, but LCV and this team will give you something else to think about in replacement. Cannot fault them at any length. We are now on our 50th vehicle from them and will keep going back.

When looking for van leasing quotes I had three companies in mind. lcv were the first company I called and the others didn't even get a looking! The customer service is absolutely impeccable from the first phone call all the way through to taking delivery of the vehicle. Vehicle leasing can be confusing and overcomplicated, however my experience with lcv group was far from complicated, I would highly recommend the lcv Group!
