Outstanding Service
We used Lowden's as our mortgage broker and have been delighted with the service we have received. Everything was done on time and without hassle. Becky was our case officer and was of great support. She answered all of our questions (and sometimes repeat questions :)) with patience. We would really recommend Lowden's for anyone looking to get the best deal. Fantastic service from everyone we came in contact with at Lowdens.
Being a first time buyer every stage of the process was explained in an efficient and friendly manner. Any recommendations on their behalf were also explained to show how it was tailored to the specific needs of the buyer.
They were also very quick in responding to any queries via email and carried out the whole process an efficient and timely manner.
I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs a Mortgage Advisor / Broker.
