Great quality cap. A few loose stitches, but nothing terrible. Excellent service. No import fees and quick delivery. The only thing I could think of is that it came in a nondescript box with only the cap in it. Maybe something like a flyer or a sticker with the logo on it would fluff it up a little. Other than that, great!

I ordered my hat weeks ago, I live in Dundee and the package arrived in Edinburgh (one hour away!) a few weeks ago and supposedly and now it's saying it's still delayed. It's not like your delivering freight! it's a small cap, waiting time is way too long and i'm still waiting for it arrive.

The hat was pristine. Gorgeous fabric, excellent fit. And I’m picky with five panels, they have to fit right. This was an excellent purchase.

One hat was perfect, the other had some quality control issues. It was missing the flag that tells you where the material was from, there was Pickering of the fabric along part of the seems, and plenty of loose threads. Looked like it was the last hat made at the end of an exhausting work week.

I ordered a hat in the black friday sale as a Christmas present. I didn't receive any dispatching information so sent an email. they responded saying that my hat wasn't actually in stock and they had made a mistake and asked if I would like a refund or a new hat (which would take 2 weeks. I kindly asked for a refund due to the postal strikes in the UK I did not want to risk it getting lost and it definitely wouldn't have arrived in time. since then I have received no refund and all my emails are being ignored. I think that this is awful due to it being a fault from no one else but themselves.
