Lowes are selling our email address to others!

Last year I purchased some shirts for my partner. I now find Lowes had sold my information to other companies, without my permission. Twice this week I have been offered ‘gifts’ from two different companies I have never heard of, as they have been given my details as a valued Lowes customer! I have tried to unsubscribe from both which quickly takes me to a blank page and the name trexha.com
I do not want to be constantly harassed and I am sure most of us do not either. I am unable to unsubscribe!

Poor quality product

I purchased trousers from them and within weeks of minimal use the stitching started to fail i was told this is not a warranty problem as it is easily repaired the stitching has continued to fail over time and is getting very annoying .

Over 2 weeks ago I ordered 4 items from Lowes. Today I received an email saying these items had been dispatched. I know it’s coming up to Christmas, that’s why I ordered it early, PLUS your website said these items items were in stock! Very ordinary performance

I Ordered cloths from Lowes menswear…

I Ordered cloths from Lowes menswear online store on Sunday it is now Wednesday not even a confirmation email saying my order is confirmed what the hell they doing I spent 110 bucks on an order you think they had a sense of urgency of at least sending me an email with an order number When i ran them the woman who answered asked me for an order number I said honey I don't have an order number she sprouted she BS then didn't really care Dam Temu are more swift at getting order out

Don't shop online

Stores are great, online shopping is woeful. Their apparent "warehouse" never has stock. Can't even fulfill an order of 1 jumper. Online purchase limit for these jumpers is 2 all year round.

Lowes has some great clothing

Lowes has some great clothing, and using the zero card, which includes rewards. The last purchase was online for a jacket for mum, and a mustang polo.

The staff at Wagga are great and they give some great advice!

Do I recommend them? Yes!

My husband loves Lowes shirts

My husband loves Lowes shirts. We are in NZ & as we can no longer get to Australia, I purchased his shirts online for Xmas. The order was done mid November. By the end of Nov, I hadnt seen the shirts so emailed them. They had made a small error and were quick to fix it. However another 2 weeks went past & I could see the shirts were stuck in Melbourne. I contacted by email a 2nd time. Again they apologised & reordered for me (one wasnt available so I was credited that) . I was really impressed with the online team as they were very helpful. Flights to NZ are limited, hence the delays.
These shirts also sat and sat but while they missed Christmas day, the original order arrived and a day later the replacements (less one) arrived too.
While it was frustrating, some of the delays were beyond their control BUT each time I was in touch, they got back to me within 24 hours and bent over backwards to help.
I recommend contacting the online direct, if you have issues.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANYTHING!

If I could give them zero points I would.
I ordered clothing via their online website.
After 3 phone calls and 2 'contact us' emails, I was so fed up with waiting for these items, that I ended up lodging a complaint through PayPal, which was my payment method and within 24 hours my refund was deposited.
LOWES customers should not be told that they are going to be called back to advise of status of orders, and these phone calls are not made. Let alone have a 'contact us' icon on the website and your emails are unanswered. I tried for 6 weeks to get some sort of resolution and quite frankly it is not good enough! Your failure to provide a decent and timely service, leaves a lot to be desired.
I will never shop with LOWES again.

lowes owes me 3 x refunds for…

lowes owes me 3 x refunds for deposits/instalments on laybys they cancelled. they are refusing to retrieve on their primitive system; head office removes and keeps money. this is against fair trading policy. I WANT MY MONEY LOWES AUSTRALIA.
