Incredible Value, Amazing Wines and Best Customer Service
Every LOW subscription box comes with incredible wines - they are so delicious and I often end up seeing some of the bottles in the nicest wine shops near my house in Central London. I have been feeling about 120% more relevant in my wine knowledge these days, I also look really thoughtful when I bring a bottle to a friends for dinner or a BBQ. The emails that accompany the subscription boxes are written so well and are fun to read while enjoying the wines. Michael, the owner sends the best monthly emails that makes me feel like Im part of an elite club that's also run by my best friend.
Recently I had an issue with delivery and LOW sorted it very quickly and without much back and forth.
I absolutely love this wine club! Great staff and great value!

Recently, there was an issue with one of my orders-oversight by the delivery company-and before I had even realised Michael had sorted it out and sent me an ‘extra something’ with the order. I mean, how often do you get that type of service?!
