Best prices online and at stores!!

Easy site to navigate. Had exactly what I needed. Price was lowest by far, online or at suppliers. Shipping cost was reasonable and extremly fast. Excellent supplier, highly recommend!!

Total Disappointment

Total Disappointment! I've been waiting 3 weeks for my order only to find out today that the order was canceled because my billing and shipping info are different. Hello...part of corporate America over here...this is common. I even received an email from them saying that my order had shipped. ZERO contact to let me know the order had cancelled. This will be the first and last time I use this company

Sometimes low prices are a red flag

Placed an order that charged my account then refreshed the page bringing me back to my shopping cart with the item not processed. Called customer service and informed I'd have to wait for the order not go through to see the money refunded to my account.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT
I bought spare parts from Laundry Owners Warehouse, online for delivery to South Africa, at first we waited weeks for availability. Once it was apparently shipped, it was through USPS, this is a US based postal service. I was given a tracking number and this shows package is in Brazil at customs, if it was meant for South Africa it will not be in Brazil at Customs!!!
I tried to validate the tracking number which became impossible if you do not live in America.

After numerous requests for assistance with Laundry Owners Warehouse, they keep telling me to keep an eye on the movement of the parcel .... IT IS STUCK IN BRAZIL !!!!

I apologize for this inconvenience. Unfortunately when the package leave the US there's noting we can do about it. It is out of our competence. And we have no control over the issues that your package may have with customs in another country.

When the issue is within the United States the carrier company contact us and we can solve the issue, if there's certain information missing we can provide it. But when the package leave the country, we can't do anything.

Misleading website

Misleading website, showing that they can get this part that I need when it is no longer available. I had to end up calling their phone number and they gave me some song and dance about drop shipping from whirlpool. I'm glad I did not press the order button , because that I would have had to fight to get a refund. Will not use this merchant ever

I just ordered and in reading your…

I just ordered and in reading your return policy I feel that it is unreasonable. I need to open the box to see if the part fits. You state in your policy the box can't be opened and unused. I can see if you actually used the part but not the opening of the box.

Also, paying an extra 10.00 for basically insurance in your part getting to me. From what I'm reading if I opt out of the extra 10.00 insurance, and my part does not come and is lost I'm out the total amount. That is concerning.

Update from review on Jan 10th, 2025.

Finally received an email from LOW concerning warranty on parts. I was informed that warranties don't apply if they can no longer get a particular part for replacement of one that failed. In other words, the $500.00 dollars to purchase the parts doesn't get refunded and no replacement part will be sent. The only reimbursement they are willing to give is the $8.00 that I spent to send them the failed part. They agree that the parts failed. Use a differant seller.

Horrible shipping

Paid an extra $30 to have two bearings shipped. 1 week later, still nothing. The cheapest shipping method should have had them here by now.

Absolutely awful!

Absolutely awful!! I was sent my dryer part...and called them to ask for a return label so I can get my 70$ back or whatever it was maybe like 20..I originally ordered thinking ok..that's a good price .well the part came and I happened to have a roommate who ordered another one..so thinking I could get my money back and asked them if I could send it back and get a refund.."sir you'll have to wait 2 weeks and there's a 25 dollar shipping and restocking fee you'll have to pay" 😡 tf?? You guys got me messed up..the way to rectify your mistake is to issue the customer a full TIMELY refund no questions ask...
