Original part

Original part, excellent price, more than a week to get but arrived before the time frame, couldn't track delivery stages, promised and delivered done in good standing.

No picture of the product so went off…

No picture of the product so went off an online picture. Took over a month to get it. Then it ended up being the wrong duct piece. Said it would be 30% to restock and with shipping it's just not worth it so I'll eat it. No big deal but won't buy here again.

Thank you for the review Kathy. I just want to put more context in the situation to clarify. This was a non stock item, that states on our website there is a 30% Restocking fee which is charged by the MFG. You explained to us that you saw a picture off another site and used that part # based off their picture to buy it from us. The site you used had the wrong image which caused you to purchase the wrong item. Just for future notice this is why on all of our listings we explain if your not 100% about the part your buying to reach out to us with our part number research form which we respond to within a few hours typically so our customers don't go through any scenario of getting the wrong items. Also this was a ducting item which are made to order by Dexter - these typically have longer lead times. Im sorry this didn't go as planned for you, but we tried our best and were willing to take it back. Please feel free to contact us to discuss further as we are always here to try and help our customers out the best we can.

Arrived earlier

Ordered a lock and it was supposed to arrive in 6 weeks but I got it earlier.

Good experience, part needed work

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast.
Got a steam injector drop shipped from your supplier. Looked good, but the welding got all over the threads, so it wouldn't thread in properly. Had to put it on the lathe and spent more than half an hour cleaning up the threads before I could get it to fit.
But it's working now.

I used LOW to provide a user interface…

I used LOW to provide a user interface board for a Samsung stove. I researched the part number from Samsungs online parts directory. I found the part listed on LOW's website for a descent price. The part number and image on the website were correct. Upon receiving the part I found that the part I received was the entire front console without the user interface board. After 6 emails without and success I called LOW and had them look up the order and verify the part number I was told that the problem would be resolved and money refunded. After that I received another email from a different employee stating that the photo on the website was incorrect and I had to pay for shipping back to them and a 30% restock fee.
I can't spend any more time on this and that's what they count on.
I would suggest using a different supply service. In 15 years this Is only the second bad review I have written. That may give you a clue as to this companies business practices.
