Just Great

good exchange service

Bought two belts from Lowlife. Ordered size small. Belts fitted but were a bit too small so exchanged for a medium. No issues whatsoever. Very good company!

Shame - updated

I put my order on june 29th and on july 27th didn’t get my stuff yet, I got to go to pick ot at local post office! Ok with Royal Mail, but Poste Italiane is the worst postal service all over the world. Please send your products by an express courier, as we are in 21th century. UPDATE: thank to Lowlife for their kind response.

Thank you for taking the time out to review us on Trustpilot.

We do offer an express courier with DHL which aim to deliver in 3-5 working days however the Standard Airmail shipping method was chosen. We also shipped your order with tracking and according to this, there was an attempted delivery but no-one was home which is why you have to collect it from the post office.
