Ordered over 3 months ago and still didn’t receive anything. They’re not even answering any emails or messages.
Complete Scam.

I bought something and the wrong stuff arrived, so I sent it back and have already waited 1 month and still no money

Bought 2 items over 2 weeks ago. Expected shipping was labeled as 1-3 days. Haven‘t received any shipping information yet nor are they responding to my mails.

There website should be shut down. It has been 2 months since I have ordered and I have had no updates. The company does not respond to any emails. Complete scam. Get them gone

Ive been waiting a month on my oder now and its still not shipped. The customer service dont reply on E-Mails. And my money is gone.

Ordered a month ago. Still didn’t receive anything. The tracking says it has never been shipped. No response to my emails or insta dm’s.

ordered a zip up from them, got a notification it was on the way only to find out the package hasnt even been delivered to dhl. never recieved my package.

anyone planning to buy from this §hit ass company. don’t. let this be your last warning as to not buy from there. ordered a pair of sweatpants costing around £70 at the end of january. everything seemed fine from the website to the payment to the shipping etc. till the day after i purchased it, i received a shipping notification so therefore i expected my package to arrive in a week. it hasn’t arrived till this day. it’s been more than a whole ass month and my package has been stuck in custom clearances for two weeks. its nearly the end of february. contacted dhl which my package was being shipped with and they could only refer me to the sender. then i contacted parcelforce and they just told me it was still in custom clearances and could not tell me when my package would be delivered. contacting lowlight’s customer service was useless and no reply since. y’all don’t ever buy from this company now 😭 if you haven’t realised yet, their entire website is copied from DIESEL’S: literally compare LLS and DIESEL’s websites and u can clearly see that LLS has copied DIESEL’s html website but simplified it. my package shouldn’t have been in custom clearances for so long as i already did pay an extra £13 for the shipping, meaning that my charges should have been paid. im assuming the company didn’t use that shipping money to pay for that and completely robbed me off. it’s an ass scam and i should have known better after realising it’s run by some teen ass kid. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY ROBBED. 😄

Very bad customer service !
I ordered a zipper (100€) in september 2023 and still haven't received my order. Tried to contact the customer service but no response. I believe they won't even try to send my package nor to refund me.

Waited weeks for a product that says it needs 5 days to shipped
And till now no answer

Scammers.. scammers… they take your money, and you receive nothing. Be aware.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Ordered in Black Friday, November 2022, and I'm still yet to receive an item or a refund. Countless ignored emails, and ignored messages on social media. Scam company.

ACHTUNG - Finger weg!
Anfangs läuft alles normal inkl. Zahlung. Bei Ankunft dann die Information, dass man nicht eingelassen wird. Die Gründe sind fadenscheinig - wir waren mit Ankündigung um 19h00 dort. Geld ist verloren und wird nicht zurück erstattet.
Booking.com deckt den Eigentümer

Scammer:
At the beginning all seems normal incl. payment. When you are onsite in front of the door, the owner tells you, that you are too late and shuts the door into your face.

Your money is lost and will not be refunded. Booking.com does not do anything against this fraud

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered two items in Nov as a Christmas gift and paid for postage. Received an email from post office last week (April!) saying I need to pay over £60 in customs payments which hadn’t been paid by Lowlights in order to receive the shipment. No reply at all from Lowlights on resolving my issue despite several emails. Appalling service and avoid at all costs!

I didn’t receive my package for 5 months and the support isn’t answering me. They still have my money, idk what to do.

DONT BUY!
