Had Aoife on our case. Felt pushed to sign despite not having a snagging date. I asked to move the date and she said it's not possible instead of looking for our best interest and only starting the protection after a completed first snag. Asked for the policy to ve cancelled, she kept repeating we might get sick or not get the same offer (bs as the provider had a month free anyway). She was only looking to get her commission from making a sale. Will not recommend. Had to then chase them to cancel the policy as "they were too busy over Christmas", despite asking for the policy to be cancelled on 18th November, way before the starting period of 15th Dec

Do not engage for remortgaging services, the way ours was handled should have been much better, didn't take any responsibility either and blamed everyone else.

Don't use them as I broker option if you are thinking of buying a house, I had Bernadine on my case unfortunately as she emailed me she has too many clients to follow up in case of anything changes during your process like your bank changes their rules and increase their rates, she waits until you get your AIP first, it's better to do it yourself so you don't have to waste your 295 fees, go out and treat yourself instead
