The one thing that would really be…

The one thing that would really be helpful are better installation instructions and what you will need with each component. Example, what is needed for the water speed wheel to install. Cable, T, Short cable, where it hooks up, and how to set it.

Tried to give business directly to the…

Tried to give business directly to the source. But like others have said. Customer service lacks greatly and package hasn’t even shipped yet from a week ago. Working on canceling order and will order it from someone else who can handle shipping in a reasonable time frame for something simple.

Got my order fast

Got my order fast. Just wish they sent the ice transducer with better instal instructions. But I got it figured out with a lil help from youtube.

I ordered a part and after it was sent…

I ordered a part and after it was sent I found I had the part I needed in a lowrance box hidden in the bottom. A After e-mailing Kristine Charrler @ navvico about this problem. She sent me a fed-x label so I didn't have to pay $45.00 to send it back! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and GREAT REPERSENTIVE!!

Great service

I ordered an additional power cord for my Lowrance so I could practice with the unit at home during the winter months. First off, Lowrance was incredibly fair on the price of the cable. I did not expect a price under $20 for anything marine electronic related. Credit definitely goes to Lowrance for not trying to gouge a customer on cost. Secondly, there was no shipping charge and the cable arrived within a week! Who does this? Thank you Lowrance!

READ THIS FIRST!!!

I thought it would be better to go to lowrance directly to make the switch from Garmin. I purchased an active target bundle with a 9 in graph with a 3 in 1 transducer for a total of $2771 and change. Added next day ship as I had a tournament coming up. (Which i missed, but they apologized) They sent me only the 3 in 1 and kept my card in limbo for almost a week and gave me the runaround about the rest of my order. The customer service is AWFUL. You can't call, only email which means response if and when they feel like it. Ended up going to Bass Pro and just re doing the Garmin equivalent, which was about $700 cheaper. And they also had exactly what I ordered from Lowrance in stock, but because of my bad experience I decided to go with Garmin. Now I am in limbo trying to return the 3 in 1 and cancel my original order for a refund...

Fast service, and it worked.

I was having trouble getting my Hook2 to funtion properly. I bought a transducer for Ice fishing. First it was exactly what I needed. Second it came quickly. Third it worked perfectly.
