I have subscribed to many investment and trading services over the past 10 years, and this is the best and FINAL (and only) one I use now. You're taught how to fish and not just given the fish. They taught me a framework that I follow and the results have been outstanding (if you consider 1% weekly gains outstanding!...and I DO!). The entire team is top notch and the amount of support is unrivaled. I'm 40 years old and this is only the 2nd review I've ever left for anything, ever (hotels, restaurants, gyms, etc.)...I've only ever left one review, and this is my 2nd. Because it's that great. Truly. I recommend joining the team/community and diving in.

I have done a lot of trading and options education programs. I spent thousands of dollars on programs (and have never been consistently successful). This program has been by far the most successful for me and has the best part: a very supportive community that’s very helpful. Troy and John, who host a majority of the calls, really do care about your success. They also come to do it in a fun way because they really preach you to go through the course multiple times and to really know the material before you make your first trade. Another thing is the program is very reasonably priced, and they just don’t let anybody in the program. What I mean by that is this is not like some marketing trick. If you’re going to be a difficult customer who who doesn’t really take the time to be thorough and be open-minded and learn the material and follow the framework, they will not let you in the program because they are being careful of who they allow in their community.They essentially want the right kind of customers - that’s what makes for a great community and it also makes for a great product development. That way, people can learn the right way because there’s plenty of products out there that are sold to anybody and they get into the program and they can’t do it because they don’t have the right mindset or the right kind of discipline. And then they blame the product. Low stress options doesn't want that. This is a program I'd easily recommend to friends and family that are interested in learning trading options profitably.

I first heard about Low Stress Trading on The Tom Woods Show. Because I’ve trusted Tom Woods for years, I decided to give it a shot—and I’m so glad I did.

I’ve been trading unsuccessfully for over 15 years. I tried every style, every time frame, even options and selling option premium. Nothing worked consistently. But Troy and John are the real deal. They’ve built a system that’s not just hype—it’s a real strategy, with real coaching, and real results.

What sets them apart is that they actually teach you to fish, instead of just throwing a few fish in your boat. That’s why I know I’ll be applying this strategy for the rest of my life. Honestly, I believe it will fund not only my retirement, but probably my kids’ retirement too.

In my opinion, 99% of trading programs out there are absolute scams. This one is in the 1% that actually delivers. If you’re willing to spend a little time each week learning and applying the strategy, the payoff is absolutely worth it.

I’m passionate about trading, so sticking with it has been easy for me. But even if you’re not, just approach it pragmatically—the benefits far outweigh the small time commitment.

I can’t recommend Low Stress Trading highly enough. It’s been a complete game-changer for me.

Troy and John are fantastic! They have great training that gently introduces options trading and the trading strategy, but they happily answer questions and offer insights. Now, sometimes the answer is, "Go back through the training," or, "Go review this portion of the training because we cover we cover that topic well; you would not be asking this question if you paid attention in this portion of the training." I appreciate the focus on building a solid knowledge base by taking the time to go through the training multiple times, but also—after counseling us to start slow with just a single trade in our first week—encouraging trading repetition in order to build confidence and learn the nuances of the framework through application.

Since placing my first trade a few weeks ago, I have averaged 1% per week, just the way they said I could likely expect: by being disciplined about following the framework, neither letting greed nor anxiety get the better of me. Law #1 remains unbroken.

Finally, the support staff is top-notch. Jenny, Lindsay, Jacob—all quick to help and possessing the patience of Job.

I am happily finding out that a topic which has always intimidated me is, with some education and practice, not only approachable but highly rewarding and delightfully low-stress.

I learned to trade options in 2020, like a lot of folks. I learned a lot but lost a lot more. Enough financial loss that I swore that I would never trade an option again. Been with Low Stress Trading for almost 3 months now. Having traded other vehicles, (FX, etc...) I was skeptical. After 3 months learning and applying the Low Stress Trading framework, I can say it produces results. Real results, without all the time, effort and anxiety typically associated with other types of trading.

I was your typical passive investor, highly suspect of options trading. Trading in the market without actually owning stock or bonds made no sense until a good friend introduced me to LSO. The LSO training is great, well organized into easily understandable and digestible modules. I thoroughly enjoyed taking in an entirely new body of knowledge and learning the framework. I treat this as one of my hobbies and have had excellent results, even in an up and down market. Previously all my Rollover and ROTH IRAs were making lackluster returns in various mutual fund accounts. In six weeks of trading the framework, my total return is over 6%! The team at LSO is great, wonderfully supportive and response. I highly recommend.

Given my deep seated aversion to the stock market, the chances of me even looking into this program were next to zero. But Low Stress Trading was recommended to me by a very trustworthy acquaintance so I took the plunge. Result: GAME CHANGER. Low Stress Options has delivered over and above what was promised and what I expected. OVERVIEW:
If I can do this, anybody can. I had no experience actively trading options until starting this program, and yet in 6 weeks of trading, I'm already beating the target 1% returns handily. You do need to work at this. There are many hours of training videos, and you must watch them multiple times and take good notes while watching. It took me several weeks to do this using pretty much all my free time (because I was excited to get started trading). Learn the framework and don't deviate from the framework until you have at least 1000 trades under you belt. I'm still completely trading inside the framework and I'm thrilled with my results ...

Target weekly time researching and trading = 1-2 hours
My actual avg weekly time spent = probably about 5 hours

Time I expect to be spending each week very soon = 1-2 hours
Time doing actual trading each week = maybe 30 minutes max

TIME SAVERS:
You'll get faster at this the more you do it. Put in the time up front to (a) learn the framework, (b) learn the trading software, (c) learn how to do stock research and do it quickly, and (d) set up efficient planning and tracking systems for yourself, because it will save you time in the long run.

EXTRA TIME INPUT:
I've done quite a few extra things to get myself organized and to track my trading results. I'm tracking all my trades in detail so I can learn what makes good trades and what makes bad ones. I've also put a lot of time into customizing the Schwab trading software (known as "thinkorswim") so I can see all the important data at a glance. I've created multiple custom watchlists and put all my most commonly used features in rows of buttons. I've also created a 4-stage watchlist spreadsheet so I can process new ideas for future trades and track stocks that may have fallen outside my trading parameters but might come back later.

DOING THE MATH ON THE RETURNS:
A 1% weekly rate of return works out to 68% annually. I don't know any other system where you can get this kind of return with so little risk. Yes, there's risk, but I perceive the risk with this method to be extremely low - much lower than buy and hold. Why? Because we continue trading options even when stocks are falling so we are still making money during market pullbacks. We occasionally end up owning some stocks, but when that happens, we sell options against them and eventually unload them for a profit.

RETIREMENT:
This program has completely changed my retirement outlook. Now at age 60, I didn't have much in the way of savings and presumed I'd be working until I keel over dead. But now with a 1% weekly rate of return on my meager savings, retirement is actually in sight. I couldn't be happier.

WHAT YOU GET:
1) Incredible training videos explaining the framework in detail.
2) Multiple weekly Zoom calls. Either attend live or wait for the recording to be posted on the site.
3) Very active forums. Not just members, but also the creators of the program. Tons of great advice here, and also people outlining their mistakes - invaluable!
4) Tracking and Reporting Tools. If you import your transaction logs from your broker, the site shows your performance data in lots of useful ways that are better than the broker sites themselves.
5) Upcoming Feature: If your broker is Schwab, your trades will auto-import into the Low Stress site, and you'll be able to place your trades from the Low Stress Trading site as well.
6) Outstanding Support: Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One employee actually gives out her cell phone for us to call if it's urgent.

LOW STRESS:
It's named Low Stress Trading for a reason. We trade Monday mornings about one hour after the market opens, and then every day we check our trades one hour before market close and decide if we should either (a) leave everything alone, or (b) modify our trades. We DO NOT sit around all day watching the price of stocks go up and down, worrying about the price action minute to minute, or placing gazillions of trades throughout the day. If you need to modify trades, it might take 5-10 minutes to do that, and then you're done until the next weekday at 3pm Eastern. And you can easily place trades from a smartphone or tablet if you're not at your home computer. This is most decidedly NOT day trading!

SUMMARY:
I truly enjoy the planning and trading I do each week. I enjoy going to the forums and reading about other members' experiences and learning how they do things. And of course I enjoy seeing my account balance growing at 1.33% a week. If any of this whets your appetite, I'd encourage you to go to the Low Stress Trading web site and read up on it. You'll be glad you did.

This program and community are such a great value that it’s hard for me to believe what has transpired in just a short few weeks. I went through the core course content several times in the first few weeks and I made back the cost of the course and then some with in the first two weeks. I have some trading experience and I picked up the basics pretty quickly working through the training. I followed along with the $5K challenge program and made mostly the same trades with fantastic results, 1.8% per week return right off the bat.

I am an analytical type (engineer) and a natural cynic, so to say I had to read the entire sales page 3 times might not be a complete exaggeration. The community is great for answering questions and Troy and John and the whole LSO team are on it when people need help. The mission of LSO is clearly not focused on taking as much of your money as possible, it’s quite the opposite. Their pride comes in making millionaires. The framework just works. LSO has dramatically changed our outlook on when (and how) we might retire. No longer constrained to rolling CDs and scrapping for 5-6% per year on income strategies, this is a game changer for us.

This program, along with the community and customer support has been OVERWHELMINGLY positive. Wow. My mind is seriously blown and I am ADDICTED to this trading strategy.

Here's why: 

1) This is NOT a program where they take your money, and "leave you out to dry." Most programs out there only care about frontend sales. They use hype and they'll say/do anything to get the sale, and then have barely any customer support and brutal fulfillment (side note: I joined a VERY expensive business program like this in 2018, and still, to this day I regret paying for that program. I still cringe 7 years later every time I see Taylor Welch's face in ads). 

With LSO, the entire community pitches in and is RESPONSIVE to answering my questions. I had plenty of questions and fears around making my first trade...all of which were answered. The customer support on the fulfillment end has been PHENONMENAL. 

2) I want to thank Troy Broussard for starting the "$5k Challenge" - because to be frank, that has been the BEST part of the entire training for me. Reason is, it's the most practical. We go live, and we get to see OVER THE SHOULDER on how Troy operates, how he looks at stocks, how does the technical analysis, etc. It's the most practical way to trade because you're literally watching someone go through the process, and you can implement it into your own trading workflow of exactly what to do, every Monday morning. 

As for me, I had a LOT of fear and trouble at the start of finding the process confusing, and scared to make a trade in IBKR as I was scared I would "press the wrong button" and mess up the trade. 

However, I was able to overcome the barriers, and I've been trading for months now, and everything is going as planned.

I’ve earned well over the investment of the program (on a relatively small trading account) and I’m legit obsessed with this trading strategy because I can SEE the progress week after week.

I realized if you have a LARGE trading account ( multi 6-figs+), you can literally earn thousands of dollars PER WEEK on 2 hours of work per week - which is what I want to get to eventually.

And by the way, when I read the sales page I thought it would be “B.S.” when I read it would only take 2 hours per week. But going through the process this strategy literally does take LESS THAN TWO HOURS PER WEEK.

As a result, I really am going “all in” on this and I’ve been doing whatever it takes to increase my income to grow my account, as this is seriously life-changing.

I joined the Low Stress Options training in June of 2025. I began trading a single account after about 10 days of getting familiar with the trading process. In the weeks since I have added 4 additional accounts into the program. I have not had a negative week of trading and have more than made up the cost of the Core training and the additional (optional) trainings I have purchased.

With over 300 trades since I started here are the numbers I'm experiencing...

The trainings are easy to access; one can watch or listen on a mobile or desktop device. The weekly calls are super helpful and most are recorded for viewing later. The community has been a very positive experience with many helpful members contributing to answer questions or point to resources within the Low Stress app.

I highly recommend Low Stress Trading to anyone looking for a high value income stream. I will be talking to my friends and family about membership to the framework.

I was highly skeptical of the claims this program made. Earning 1% per week is an absurd return by any standard, and one should be skeptical of such claims in general. After a few months of being in the program and trading, I understand how it works, and it's truly remarkable. Simple, reliable, and profitable: This meets or exceeds all expectations. It is a bonus that customer service is excellent.

I have been trading with the LST group since 20 June and today is 09 Aug, EVEN with a few mistakes(100% my fault) I have an 11% rate of return for less than a 2 month period. The group is super helpful with any questions and the training is exactly what you need to build a bigger portfolio or escape the rat race and become financially free. I invest in real estate and am considering liquidating my properties because the returns I am earning on my stock portfolio are blowing the REI out of the water AND there are no landlord headaches!

It is clear that Troy and John spent years (decades) trading different strategies to come up with their “best practices” leading to this Low Stress Framework. And thankfully, they are willing to share what they learned.

I started with LSO in May 2025 with just a few trades. Each week with a little more confidence, as I saw the results, I brought more funds over. I am learning so much with this program. And it’s fun! My overall experience has been great. The trainings are very straightforward, for any level of trader and the support around those trainings with weekly calls, daily email and consistent updates has been very helpful. They are living what they are teaching, showing you in real time. They have all been very helpful for me to get started. This training really is Low Stress.

This program delivers, worth the money for me. I digested the training quickly, dove in and started investing in two accounts. In one account I did a lot of things NOT recommended in this training, including some mistakes that they specifically advise against (it’s hard to just relax and trust the process!), as well as following their framework. Some people have to learn the hard way, and I’m one of them. In the other account I followed the training to the letter and am achieving the expected results, precisely as advertised. Once I got comfortable, I invested more money, enough that I’ve more than covered the initial investment and all monthly fees for the next year and more (if you start with a small account this will take longer, of course).

The way I see it, this is what you need to learn: 1) You need to know what options are, the terminology, the basics, etc.; 2) You need to learn the software, how to actually make and track the trades; and 3) (most difficult) You need a strategy. I think you can get (1) and (2) elsewhere (but not as simply and directly), but the Low Stress approach really delivers on (3).
