Hi, I have not yet received my order , they never reply to mails and from last one year they have not yet delivered. I have lost around 100 euro.
Such a cheat site.

They STOLE my MONEY!!!!!! I ordered 3 items on 16 Dec 2018 which amounted to 110 Euros ....they said it would take up to 10 working days. After 7 Months i finally received 1 item and have still not received the rest of the goods. I sent them an email to complain and request a refund and they are just ignoring me. No response, nothing. They just STEAL your MONEY....THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!! Is there any way that i can report them, and to Whom???
Thankfully i have a loud mouth and I let EVERY PERSON i know who buys Online what disgusting Thieves they are!!!!

Didn't get my order since February and they stop replying my emails

Haven't received what I order. When they answer, they give me different excuses. It's been more than 3 months and nothing. I asked for a refund and they just didn't answer my emails or messages any more, I'm so disappointed.

Didn't receive my parcel. 3 months have now passed. Emailed several times, different excuses. Want refund!

Just adding to the list of comments confirming that this is a scam. I ordered a breast pump and baby head rest months ago and nothing has arrived nor have they emailed me back.

I am still waiting for my order of an electric breast pump order #57150 placed in March. I haven’t received my order and I have been writing countless emails. I would like a full refund because I have purchased another breast pump

As many others on here I ordered my item beginning of January 2019 and now June and they are not even replying to my emails any more. The item is not even needed as my baby outgrew it and I consider to have lost 50EUR! Its a shame I didnt have an idea this was a scam. Facebook reccomended me this website and I trusted that it was verified... what a shame and I just feel stupid to have been cheated like this.

I ordered an item on the 6 March and still have not received it. I was told they are having issues with their bank.I had to contact the provider to chase up the item I had purchased and I'm now trying to get my money back as the order has still not been completed by them.

I feel so bad about adding yet another similar review on their address.
I've kept contacting them, demanding the info about my order, receiving very original excuses each time. Ended up very disappointed, realizing that LoyMarket is just a very well provided scam and I will never see the goods nor money I've paid them.
But I'll try to sue the company if possible.

This shop is a scam. I have been waiting for my order for almost 6 months and they keep giving me different excuses. This is the latest excuse from them after emailing them the for the 10th time to chase my order:
“Right now we are having some issues with our previous bank. Previous bank that we were working with some amount of money by reason that bank stopped working with certain countries. Now we are trying hard to solve this problem. So part of orders can’t be fulfilled now.”

Do not buy. They keep saying that you are receiving the order, but you do not even receive the track number. It is been 3 months and I just gave up of receiving my product. Do not trust the positive reviews below, it is clearly them with Google translate.

I made a purchase more than a month ago, and so far didn't recieved my products. As well they are not responding to my mails and im start thinking that I got scammed after reading the other comments from people here! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Please..... don't purchase anything from this site, you will never get your items, it's a money eating company.

I order and pay for my products but I don't received them and they answer once that I'm in high priority list but then they don't answer to my emails and I don't have news from them!! I lost 70€!!!

I placed an order for an item on 20 January 2019. Today is 13 May 2019 and I have still not received the item. Poor communication. I have requested a refund because the item i ordered will not be of any use to me IF it does arrive because my child is now 5 months old. From reading the reviews on here I'm slapping myself for having not read the reviews in advance, and I'm no longer confident that I will ever receive the item, or my refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very bad experience with this shop.
As everybody - I ordered something for quite money on 21/2/2019, but till now nothing came.
The shop communicated with me around 25/3/2019 being surpriced that I havent received my order yet and telling me that they will send it immediately as high priority, but since then nothing came and no answer from them.
I have reported them to a police already.
They just steal money from people.DISGUSTING :(

It is a fake company. Nobody respond for our emails.

One month has passed, but we have not received the product. No notice from the vendor, no answer for our claims. They have just taken the money.

Read those five star comments carefully. They are all very similar, and also strange comments.
1. Products reached to the purchaser within 30days...it cannot be a reason for 5 stars.
2. Good comments are all about the quality of products not for their services; they are also unusual comments as the review for the vendor/ servicer.

Disgusting. I ordered in november and i was delivering my baby in feb, i recieved nothing and they were very bad with replying emails. I asked them to cancel order and refund, i bought the same products from somewhere else. After 3 months they said that my parcel had reached post office but i never picked it up (never recieved any notification about it) , and they have resend it again instead of giving me refund. Do NOT order from this place guys. There are so many other nice webpages wth exact same product that are trustworthy. I lost so much money thanks to these guys. They are scam.
