Do not order from this website. The items are nothing like what is advertised. I order a jumpsuit which was clearly taken and used from a boutique called Made for Jessica and the item i received looked nothing like the photo on the website. The company are now refusing to issue me a refund and have asked me to accept 15 % of the full value which is £6.50! Absolutely
Outrageous, They refusing to issue me a refund for an item which is falsely advertised, cheaply made and over priced for the quality. Avoid!!!

Terrible people who claims their based from “Netherlands” but without valid proof. I ordered 2 pairs of tracksuits expecting well quality. The next thing that happened when I opened it was that the clothes were cheap and bad quality nothing like European, the quality does not feel compared to its price. I think it’s so disgusting what they’re doing to clueless people who doesn’t think twice. Another important point is that they clearly won’t help you with refunds and when you do submit refunds they’ll usually say send it to China. And that it’s not our problem but yours now. Keep away at all costs from them. Before their bots replies me that “I can understand your frustrated and so on” people just know these people are horrible, awful, filthy, money suckers.

After evaluating several retailers, I am confident this was the best choice. The value for the price is unmatched in this category.

Ordered a tracksuit and what I got was terrible quality and a knock off brand I tried to explain this to the support team which isn't much of a team and we're no help, tracksuit cost over €60 and was on sale from over €120

Awful dresses. They came and the material was so cheap, then they tried not to give me a refund and it will cost £32 to send back from the uk! Don’t waste your money !

I received my dress the other day and it looks nothing like it is advertised, the material feels cheap and is see through was expecting much more from this dress as it looked different as it is perceived much better quality also was expecting more from a higher priced dress however it looks and feels like something off of shein this is false advertisement would not reccomend.

I ordered a pair of shoes and got confused with the continental sizes and ordered the wrong size but Lozenda Fashion never made an issue of it and very quickly sent me the correct size out keeping me in touch with where and when my new replacement shoes would arrive FANTASTIC SERVICE thankyou very much

Honestly, I didn’t expect this level of quality. Great finishing and very comfortable to wear.

These are scammers. Check lozendafashion.de and lozedafashion.nl reviews on trustpilot for more horror stories. Very low quality chinese fabrics, one wouldn't put them on a stray dog. They advertise their products like european quality but they ship very very low quality stuff straight from china. Do not waste your hard earned money. And please report them to the relevant authorities of your country and the EU ones.

Very with my order. The quality is quite fine and as it is pictured. Delivery was quicker than anticipated.

This is a scam originating in china. These scammers present themselves as a dutch company but everything is extremely low quality shipped directly from china. Not even the sizes match. They also won't refund you, cause you know, this is how scamming works. Nothing on their website matches the item you'll receive. Do not buy anything from them, and whoever did fall prey to this scam please file for charge-back to your bank and report them to Dutch and EU consumer protection agencies. They should not be allowed to scam european citizens like this!!!

Received my order however looks NOTHING like what is advertised on their website.
Have requested a refund, gave all information they requested and still 10 days later I am no closer to receiving a refund. I have email again asking what the delay is and have no received any sort of communication.
I would NOT recommend this site. Did not receive what I ordered and no a getting no response from the company.

**UPDATE**
Company got in touch with me as soon as I put up my review. I again asked for a refund however they offered to send me the belt that was missing from my order, when I declined they offered store credit (which I am not taking due to having no confidence in this store), that offer was offered again with an additional percentage given, after ALOT of back and forth they then offered partial refund (50% first then 60%)
However all these “offers” will only be applied once I update my review and send them a screen shot of it.
This company does not care about the customer one bit they are only concerned with their imagine.
It clearly says on their website “not good? Money back!”
It does not sit right with me that they are only willing to do something once I update my review and also not refund 100%
Since I have informed the store I will not be updating my review as to how they want me to they have not been in contact with me.
This speaks volumes to me!
I will now be left with a clothing item that in no way resembles what they have advertised (also missing a belt) and will never wear but will be down money due to them.
I would advise to stay away from this company.

I had an issue I ordered the wrong color. Unfortunately, due to the fact Lozanda try to rapidly ship to customers, they were unable to change the color in time. But, they kept in contact and responded in good time with every message. I trust this place and reccomend buying from here. I will test the products once they arrive, but I can confirm the service is good

⚠️ WARNING: Possible misleading online store – Lozenda Fashion

I ordered a gift from Lozenda Fashion, who claim to be based in the Netherlands. After payment, I received emails saying my parcel is “on the way”, but for more than 5 days the tracking has not updated at all.

The tracking link provided does not show a real courier (no DHL, PostNL, etc.) and appears to be a generic or fake tracking page. When I contact the company, I only receive vague responses and no clear proof that the parcel has actually been shipped.

This raises serious concerns:

No valid courier tracking details

Repeated “in transit” messages with no movement

Lack of transparency about shipping

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this website until they can provide proper, verifiable shipping information.

I am currently considering a chargeback due to non-delivery.

My order was dealt and processed really quick. The product seems good quality.

The only negative I had was it took over 3 weeks for me to receive my order.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, Ordered a 2 piece suit in Teal for my wife, wrong colour, cheap and nasty material, Avoid at all cost

Bought a pair of trousers that were awful quality. Emailed the company twice to request information regarding their returns & refund policy. Had no response. For what I was charged, it looked like I could've made the trousers myself. Very very dissapointed
