Scammers be aware

⚠️ SCAM ALERT – DO NOT BOOK WITH LOZIARA COMPANY ⚠️

This company is extremely dishonest and operates in a very suspicious way.

I booked a villa in Saint-Tropez with them, which was advertised with multiple included services such as breakfast, transportation, security, and concierge. They clearly stated that the payment would only be a credit card pre-authorization, and that I would only be charged 7 days before arrival.

That was completely false.

After several attempts, they charged the FULL amount immediately, and it was processed as a real payment — not a pre-authorization as promised.

When I raised concerns, they claimed the funds would be returned within 7–14 days. That never happened. I decided to cancel the reservation due to the lack of transparency and trust.

After cancellation, they sent what appear to be fake refund confirmations, stopped replying to all communications, and eventually blocked my number.

This is a huge red flag and highly unethical behavior. Based on my experience, this company shows clear signs of being a scam.

Avoid at all costs. Do not trust them with your money.
