Great service, good quality, good price
Our coffee table is very good quality, and was wrapped thoroughly so that there was no damage. Really good instructions. We had very good communication from the company, who went out of their way to be helpful. And the delivery time was perfect for us. Thank you.

Delivery driver was so rude
Delivery driver was so rude, told my elderly mother that it was a two man job, when asked where the other man was he said she needed to help carrying it in or the delivery would go back and would be re-delivered after Christmas. Shocking company.

Communication & Delivery window
Communication via text was brilliant. Delivery was fast and it arrived the earlier end of the delivery time, which was lucky for me (I know it is luck of the draw on the day). It was nice to have an accurate 2 hour window rather then, like with other delivery companies, you get told to wait in the whole day OR given a longer window of time and then waiting around a lot. The delivery guy was lovely and bubbly. Fantastic experience, thank you.
