2 things wrong with this puzzle (Port Townsend): The pieces were very loose and fit together sloppily. I have no doubt this was from the cut. It happens from time to time with other puzzle makers. Second problem is this maker does not provide a toll free contact number for questions or problems. I tried finding their website and instead found Scamadvisor Review indicating multiple negative highlights with lpf puzzles. They are sold through Amazon. Just be careful about LPFPUZZLES.
