My elderly Mum relies on LPG for her central heating and has been treated incredibly poorly by her long-term supplier for years. Until today, she was paying 74.5ppl - £150/month standing order which was financially unsustainable.

After doing some research, I found Steve and he has been amazing. The prospect of moving LPG supplier is really nerve-wracking. It's not an easy process and can take up to 4 weeks but Steve lifts the whole weight of the switch from your shoulders. He is so reassuring.

He found my Mum a 2yr-fix which was 25ppl cheaper - a saving of hundreds of pounds.

On submitting the switching papers, my Mum's existing supplier jumped into action and offered her a competitive rate. Even though sticking with her existing supplier meant Steve wouldn't get his commission for the switch, he advised Mum to stay put.

I contacted Steve because i had received an underwhelming rate offer from Calor. I could not get a view of what rate was market-competitive, and Steve has this data at his fingertips. He is very easy to deal with and applies no pressure. Ultimately my decision to leave Calor was changed as they offered me a new good rate. Steve accepted this decision well, even though it will have caused him nugatory work. All-in-all i highly recommend using Steve's services.

Steve was a great help in finding a new fixed 2 year term contract at the best rates I'd been able to find. Whole processes took a matter of days.

I've been a customer of LPG Solutions now for 4 or 5 years and i get them to find me the best LPG deals and sort the contracts out for me, they also have top contacts in most of the LPG suppliers and this can be a BIG help when you get problems with the supplier, like when they don't come to fill up your tank or run you out of gas or put up your prices by silly amounts that were not in the contracts.
Nice to find a professional company that really cares about it's customers and are always there and ready to help.
