This company is a joke
This company is a joke. We let our van go back over 10 years ago and they are still try to go after me. The van we got was a lemon.and did not run. So we let it go back. Then they decide after 10 years to garnish my income. I am the only one employed with 3 kids. They sure know how to break people.

As the lender, we provide you with the financing. How a vehicle operates is between you and/or your mechanic, and the dealership. We do everything we can to work with a customer to prevent collection action on their account. We know times are hard, but if we do not have any communication we run out of options to help. We encourage clients to call their local office if a situation should arise.

Customer service is awesome here. Lloyd's has taken care of my family for many many years. My mom and dad used to get loans here. Not only do I get my loans through Lloyd's but so do my kids. The people are amazing and they will do everything they can to help you. I will continue to use Lloyd's until they kick me out the door which of course will never happen.
