I've been emailing them for the last few months to collect some pallets, they email back to say they have chased the haulier but the pallets never get collected so they obviously don't offer a collection service and don't want their pallets back! I've now taken them to the tip as I don't have space to continue to store them, such a shame as I really wanted them to be recycled.
I’ve been contacting this company for 5-months now to pick up a pallet dumped at my house. Despite the constant promises nothing happens. Local recycling won’t take as it belongs to them so I’ve nothing left to do but chop it up. Do what your website says. Awful.
