Cancellation and returns policy could be better
Cancelled order by WhatsApp and Email within an hour or so of order. Was delivered anyway. Returned in the original packaging as delivered - not even opened - at cost through tracked delivery. Was still docked an amount of a further £6 when refunded.
Overall not the best communication system, not the best returns system - even if they have missed something you pay for return and you wont get back the full amount of the item even if you literally haven't touched it or opened the box.

I asked for the parts before i ordered, but once I ordered the parts and they deduct the payment from my card, they said not available, and it has been now for over three weeks and i didn't received back my refund and i am very disappointing, never will use again and I don't recommend
