We are a team of mental healthcare practitioners and academics driven by frustration with traditional psychotherapy education, which is time-consuming, costly, and often ineffective. In response, we’ve developed 10-day, fast-paced training programs that focus solely on what works in real-world practice and are grounded in the latest research. Our courses are carefully structured in a logical sequence and designed as CPDs for busy professionals, offering a self-paced, on-demand format. We provide certifications upon completion of the program. Each program includes assessments where you conduct actual psychotherapy sessions with real or mock clients to demonstrate your proficiency. We also offer a supportive community to guide learners at each stage. We’re committed to innovating psychotherapy education by teaching only the most effective techniques for impactful results.

Comprehensive and Practical CBT training.

I gained a comprehensive understanding of CBT, progressing from basic concepts to more advanced applications. The real-life examples provided throughout the course were invaluable, helping me grasp each topic more deeply and apply it effectively in practice. The content was clear and concise and stayed focused on key topics, which made learning straightforward.

The question prompts for each disorder were particularly useful, as they allowed me to assess my client's problems more precisely and select interventions that aligned with their goals. The short-duration videos were a great feature, making the course easy to follow even with a busy schedule. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to learn CBT from the ground up or enhance their skills for professional development.
